An Research On The Optimization Of Financial Management In Private Colleges

With the development of our economy,the demand for practical talents is increasing rapidly,which makes the government relax the restriction of higher education origination qualification to Non-government entities.In 2002,non-government funded education was recognized by our law,which made non-government funded education an important power of national higher education.However,there is a series of problems,especially in the matter of financial management,which interfere the sustainable development of private higher education institutions.This article focused on the case of Sias International University,and analyzed the status and problems of its development from multi-angle.On this basis,this article accordingly put forward a series of optimizing strategies and tried to establish a continued and healthy safeguard system.For the moment,the satisfaction of employees in Sias international college for their financial management is poor.The problems exist in the three aspects including budget management,internal control and supervising evaluation.This article put forward a series of optimizing suggestions:(1)to keep upgrading the budget management mechanism: to set up budget committee,to build internal responsibility system,to improve reward and punishment system,to improve budget management information system;(2)to improve the internal control mechanism: to strengthen the concept of internal control,to optimize the organizational structure of school;(3)to strengthen the supervising evaluation mechanism: to normalize accounting audit process,to refine the asset management,to comprehensively promote the internal audit,to construct and improve the financial evaluation mechanism.In addition,this article also put forward a series of safeguard countermeasures,including risk control,internal control evaluation,talents team cultivation and professional technical support in order to keep the sustainable development of Siascollege's financial management.
