Research On The Optimization Of Financial Internal Control Of Daqing No.1 Middle School

In recent years,the rapid economic development of our country,the financial capital investment is also growing in all walks of life,at the same time of fiscal management system reform,due to the lack of internal control and risk consciousness weak,still continue to use the old system,makes the enterprises often appear financial funds use,supervision and process issues.But for ordinary middle school of management,perfecting the internal control system and the effective work of the internal and external supervision for the sustainable development of the whole education career and reasonable to maintain an important guarantee of education results.At present,many high school there are some disadvantages in the financial internal control,improve the management of enterprises internal control and management consciousness has become the top priority in the development of public institutions of our country.The purpose of this paper is to further explore high school financial internal control methods and optimization scheme,so as to improve the level of financial internal control for senior middle school,improve working efficiency of the financial department,guard against financial fraud risk play a reference role.Senior middle school belongs to the category of compulsory education,because of its special education object,rarely study of high school literature,but the high school and the general administrative institution or college financial processing and internal control system has obvious different,reference place is less,so still need to be specially research to provide the reference for the reform of senior high school finance.This article from the perspective of internal control,the internship experience by the author in Daqing and through the information obtained from interviews and other methods,from a financial process,the budget management system,department organization framework and human resource optimization and so on several aspects,analyzes the Daqing one in terms of financial internal control system and internal causes of existing problems,and based on these problems,targeted some optimization scheme is put forward,such as: Sourcing for process optimization and refinement,comprehensive budget management,improve the system of personnel training and post division of labor,strengthen supervision and management,improve internal control consciousness and so on suggestion,finally based on organization,capital,risk prevention and other aspects to safeguard measures of the effective implementation of the optimization scheme,and then make Daqing one can strengthen financial internal control management level,to promote the steady andhealthy development of the school,and to other senior middle school's financial internal control management to provide some ideas.
