Study On The Application Of Traditional Shanxi Merchants' Cultural Resources In Moral Education Of College Students

With the development of our economy,politics,culture and society,the moral sense and moral behavior of college students have also changed.At present,college moral education in the theory and practice have achieved some success,but there are still many problems.The content of moral education is not accurate and the use of moral resources is not sufficient,these are important factors restricting the effect of college students' moral education.The traditional Shanxi merchants' cultural resources are the accumulation of the long history of business activities of the traditional Shanxi merchants,which are diverse in form and rich in content.They can be used as the material and spiritual resources of college students' moral education to enhance the moral sense and moral behaviors of college students.This article includes five parts to gradually explore the application of traditional Shanxi merchants 'cultural resources in college students' moral education.First of all,cultural resources and moral education are closely related.Cultural resources contain rich moral education value.Moral education is an important carrier of cultural resources.In the moral education of college students,we should explore and use the moral factors in cultural resources.Secondly,depth study of traditional Shanxi merchants' cultural resources.As an important part of China's outstanding traditional cultural resources,traditional Shanxi merchants' cultural resources contains many moral contents,such as patriotism,honesty,unity,forge ahead and hard work.Thirdly,analyzes the value of traditional Shanxi merchants' cultural resources for college students' moral education.It can not only inherit and carry forward Chinese excellent traditional culture,improve and develop the moral quality of college students,but also promote the innovation and development of college students' moral education.Fourthly,summed up the main problems in the application of traditional Shanxi merchants' cultural resources in college students' moral education,such as lack of resource integration,lack of excavation of moral values,lack of openness,poor application andso on.And analyzes the reasons from educational subject,educational content,educational method,educational carrier and educational environment.Finally,starting from the specific aspects of moral education of college students,campus culture,university classroom,campus network and moral education base to explore improved methods of the application of traditional Shanxi merchants' cultural resources in college students' moral education.
