The Research On The Practice Mechanism Of Popularization Of Marxism In Colleges And Universities

The eighteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)clearly puts"promoting the Chinization,modernization and popularization of the Marxism',asks 'the special theories system of socialism with Chinese characteristics enter the teaching materials,classroom and students' mind".To promote the Marx doctrine in colleges and universities is an important content of educational work of ideology and politics,in the process of promoting the popularization of Marx doctrine,we must fully play the role of the main channel and the main carrier of the colleges and universities,So that the Marx can get more firm persistence and utilization,more extensive learning and communication,more effective innovation and development,to promote the popularization of the Marx doctrine in deepening the construction of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities.The popularization of the Marxism in the universities,based on the Chinization,modernization and popularization of the Marxism,is a process to internalize the Marx doctrine into college students' ideals and beliefs in a popular way among college students,so as to make students truly cognize and accept the essence of Marxism,widely use the basic stand,viewpoint and method of Marxism to guide their own social practice.The study on the practical mechanism of Marx's popularization in colleges and universities has important theoretical and practical significance for which is in line with the needs of the development of education in China.This paper applies the basic theory of Marxism,managerial economics,communication theory,motivation theory and other related theories,analyze the 1000 questionnaire data and interview results deeply,based on normative research and empirical analysis,considering the insufficient in public practice mechanism's is related to the running sluggish in communication mechanism and the coordination control mechanism is still lack of the mechanism to be smooth and other issues in the existing mechanism of popularity of Marxism in the current university,that is closely related to the negative impact in social environment,center deviation of teaching staff,means of communication,conservative and backward communication measure,imperfect related system,the glancing contact of education and practice and other reasons.Aiming at the existing problems in the process of popularization of Marxism,universities should strengthen self-construction and motivation mechanism,actively expand the communication channels and forms,to establish and improve the practice system and mechanism,to optimize the operation modes of various practical mechanisms,coordinate and cooperate with each other to form a unified whole,so as to promote the popularization of the Marxism in Colleges and universities more effectively,carrying out the people-oriented and morality education to realize the goal of ideological and political education.
