Analysis Of The Quality Of Life Of The Elderly In Different Pension Models And Its Influential Factors In Tangshan

Objectives To investigate the quality of life of the elderly in different pension models and its influential factors.Provide data support and theoretical basis of improving the quality of life of the elderly in different endowment patterns.Methods The first part: Adopt the method of stratified cluster random sampling.Extract two communities(Airport road south building community and Dawn building community).Conform to the conditions of the elderly in the two communities were 734.They were taken as the research object.The second part: Adopt the method of stratified cluster random sampling.Extract 3 endowment institutions from 16 pension agencies in Tangshan Lubei district(Airport road community elderly endowment service center,Fuxing elderly apartment,Longdong elderly apartment).Conform to the conditions of the elderly in the three pension agencies were 366.They were taken as the research object.During November 2015 to August 2016,totally 1100 elderly people aged 60 years and above were recruited by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method,they were investigated with questionnaires.Fill in the questionnaire by way of interview.The survey questionnaires out of 1100,recycling effective questionnaire 1078,effective recovery rate was 98%.Using uniform questionnaire,including general information questionnaire,the Chinese version of concise health survey questionnaire(SF-36),weak scale(FRAIL),social support rating scale,the family concern index questionnaire(APGAR).Results 1(1)The status of the quality of life of the elderly in home-based endowment: The score of the quality of life of the elderly in home-based endowment was(72.25±10.76).The score of the physical component summary was(62.19±19.90).The score of the mental component summary was(64.08±16.53).(2)Single factor analysis of the quality of life of the elderly in home-based endowment in Tangshan city: the influential factors of the quality of life of the elderly in home-based endowment were gender,age,level of education,occupation,house property,chronic disease,marital status,way of living,the distance from parents,income,economic sources,debilitating conditions,social support and family function(P(27)0.05).(3)Multi-factor stepwise regression analysis of the quality of life of the elderly in home-based endowment in Tangshan city: The main influential factors arranged from high to low of the quality of life total level were: debilitating conditions,chronic disease,family function,the distance from parents,gender,income and house property.2(1)The score of the quality of life of the elderly in situation endowment was(66.57±11.50).The score of the physical component summary was(51.50±21.01).The score of the mental component summary was(57.65±17.77).(2)Single factor analysis of the quality of life of the elderly in institution endowment in Tangshan city: the influential factors of the quality of life of the elderly in institution endowment were household registration,house property,source of income,regular physical examination,source of finance,like way of pension,the condition of weak,social support and family function(P(27)0.05).(3)Multi-factor stepwise regression analysis of the quality of life of the elderly in institution endowment in Tangshan city: The main influential factors arranged from high to low of the quality of life total level were: debilitating condition,social support,economic sources and house property.Conclusions Judge according to the total points of the quality of life scale,the overall level of the quality of life of the elderly in home-based endowment in Tangahan city is in the average level.Multi-factor analysis results show that the influence factors are debilitating conditions,chronic disease,family function,the distance from parents,gender,income and house property;The overall level of the quality of life of the elderly in institution endowment in Tangahan city is in the medium level.Multi-factor analysis results show that the influence factors are debilitating condition,social support,economic sources and house property.
