The Research On The Questions And Strategies Of The Team Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

There are some deficiencies in the ideological and political quality of contemporary college students,and the moral education in Colleges and universities is undoubtedly the main reason.The construction of the contingent of Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is an important factor which directly affects the effectiveness of moral education in Colleges and universities.So, it is necessary to explore how to build a high quality, positive and strong education team.This thesis based on the current situation of the ideological and political education work team construction wants to study how to further strengthen the current ideological and political education work team construction, the relevant theoretical research to create a high quality, work style, strong ability of teachers, that optimizing ideological and political education work team as a reference point.This paper mainly consists of 4 parts:The first part is about the theory of team building; The second part mainly analyzes the present situation of the construction of the ideological and political education work team in Colleges and universities; The third part is mainly about the challenges that the ideological and political education of colleges and universities are facing from the international environment and the domestic environment changes in the new situation; The last part mainly discusses how to build a reasonable structure, high school, college students ideological and political education team.
