Test modes vary in diverse ways with both advantages and disadvantages and can be summarized into types such as exam of testing the effect in learning process,proficiency test after the end of the study,the promotion examinations and practical ability test in competitive race,etc.,but the ultimate aims all are to facilitate students to apply their knowledge.There are generality and peculiars between other examinations in college and ideological and political theory examination which doesn't not only assess students the basic theory and knowledge,but also test the degree of internalization of the theory and the degree of formation of the value,and test the effectiveness and level of teaching.Therefore it's imperative to integrate the essence of effective examination,proficiency examination and practical test into an organic whole so as to promote the formation and change of students' cognition,emotion,consciousness,behavior.But it's still examination-oriented for examination though with continuous reforming and resulting in a lot of achievements in the evaluation system of ideological and political theory examination.H University creates a new pattern "teaching-learning dual active" during the reform of ideological and political teaching process,based on the problem existing in the ideological and political theory examination.In the pattern there are certain practical value and theoretical significance by using the “3:3:4 pattern” in the examination part and using "Ideological and Educational Practice Handbook" as an assisted assessment method.The effect of ideological and political theory exam will be more prominent and dismiss the current deficiencies if improved with the proposed pattern by adding the content of commentaries on current affairs and adopting the grouped comprehensive examination method.Grouped comprehensive examination that in favor of training students' team spirit and cultivating the conscious of community interest through team working,training their consciousness of healthy competition can makes the testing team into a learning team and makes each member of the team to cooperate and work together for a common goal.
