With the rapid development of China's economy and the increasing investment in education,the education and training industry is facing great opportunities for development.More and more money into education and training industry,but a lot of education and training institutions are positioning,business homogenization,blindly follow the trend of enterprise management and other issues,the lack of awareness of strategic management and strategic planning.If you can not adapt to the new market situation,the training institutions will lose their competitive advantage,missed the opportunity to further development,and even eliminated by the market.Therefore,the education and training schools should establish the concept of strategic management,through the use of various strategies to obtain competitive advantage,for the competition in the market in an invincible position.This paper takes Zhangjiakou City Tianyu education training school as the research object,through scientific methods,formulate a suitable marketing strategy,so as to help the enterprise to obtain the comprehensive competitive advantage in education and training industry.First,this paper expounds the research background and significance,reviews the research status at home and abroad,and pointed out the shortcomings of current research,and summarizes the related marketing theory,laid the foundation for the study of the thesis;secondly,on the marketing situation of Qinhuangdao Shougang plate Co.Ltd.were introduced,five forces model respectively using PEST analysis theory and Potter the comprehensive analysis of development environment of the external marketing environment,industry,and the detailed anatomy of the internal marketing environment,and through the comprehensive application of IFE matrix,EFE matrix,SWOT analysis model and quadrant analysis of the company analysis,confirmed the company should take centralized strategy in the marketing process.Again,the focus strategy of Zhangjiakou Tianyu education training school for the detailed planning and design,and by the method of STP market segmentation,target market selection and product positioning,design marketing strategy in product and price as the focus;finally,from the establishment of a perfect organization,expand financing channels,the school enhance the marketing development ability,create a strong brand,to enhance the school hardware facilities and so on 6 aspects put forward to protect the smooth implementation of marketing strategy measures.
