New curriculum idea demands to improve students' biological science literacy,and cultivating students' ability to explore is a key link to improve students' biological science literacy,so it is particularly important to let the students grasp the scientific method and experience process exploring in the teaching.High School Biology(PEP edition)compulsory 2 Genetic and Evolutionary contains a large number of scientific methods,including hypothesis-deductive method which is a kind of important scientific method,but the scientific method in the biology teaching are not fully experienced and trained,so the students' ability to analyze problems,form a hypothesis and reasoning training is not ideal.With the development of information technology and network technology,micro-lectures are widely used because it is short and convenient and of multi-learning environment.Taking compulsory 2 chapter 1 "the discovery of genetic factor" as an example,this study designs the teaching of the "hypothesis and deduction method" by discussing the problems,design micro-lectures of the "hypothesis and deduction method" of preparation before class and after class to assist teaching,make students comprehend "hypothesis and deduction method" and experience the process of scientific inquiry and provide a reference for the development of microbiology and the teaching of biological sciences.This paper investigates the present situation of the "hypothesis and deductive method" and the present situation of micro-curriculum research in the general high school of Yibin.The survey showed that the schools in Yibin have developed micro-programs,but they are still in the process of discovery.Due to the fact that the "discovery of genetic factors" section is more compact,so time is limited.The teachers rarely provide a special practice on "hypothesis-deductive method" after the corresponding teaching.Teachers are supportive of "hypothesis-deductive" teaching.Based on status quo investigation and the analysis of the Genetic and Evolution in the module related to the hypothesis-deductive method,according to the teaching content of "hypothesis and deduction method" contained by the discovery of "genetic factors" section,this study selects four themes—— "Mendel introduction and peas hybridization experiment","law of separation of inquiry","freedom to explore the process of combination law" and "using" hypothesis and deduction method "problem solving examples",and design micro-lectures to preview before class and review after class.In classroom,the main thread of the course is the method of the hypothesis-deductive method,and the classroom teaching is carried out by discussing the problems that helps students experience deductive reasoning.The results of test show that the teaching of "hypothesis and deduction" based on micro-curriculum aid has no significant effect on achievement.The questionnaire survey shows that the micro-curriculum aided teaching helps students to study independently and improve their learning initiative.
