"Hypothesis-deductive method" (referred to as H-D method) is a modern scientific method, which is widely used in scientific research. In recent years, some scholars have tried to cultivate students’ scientific thinking through scientific thinking methodology (such as "H-D method"), tried to apply the "H-D method" in the middle school biology teaching. With the deepening of the education reform, the education of science history is more and more attention. This study uses the methods of literature study, questionnaire survey method and experimental method, to "cell membrane composition and its fluid mosaic model constructing" as an example, to carry out the theoretical and practical research on bioscientific history teaching in senior high school based on the "H-D" method. The thesis consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction, introduces the research background from two perspectives of the talent development needs and the value of science history education, the present situation of domestic and foreign research on this subject, and the research value, basic content, research ideas, research methods of this study.The second part interprets the connotation and characteristics of the biological science history and the "H-D method", and clarifies the relationship between the "H-D method" and the teaching of bioscientific history. Combined with the connotation and characteristics of "H-D method", referencing to the "scientific inquiry model based on the hypothesis-deductive method", which is proposed by Oh Jun-Young, a South Korean scholar, summarize the general model of the "H-D method". According to the "H-D" model and the general process of teaching, design the general teaching process of bioscientific history teaching in senior high school based on the "H-D" method.In the third part, summarizes the general teaching ideas about "cell membrane composition and its fluid mosaic model constructing", compiles instructional design of "cell membrane composition and its fluid mosaic model constructing" based on the "H-D" method.In the fourth part, a case study of bioscientific history teaching of high school based on the "H-D method" was carried out by taking "cell membrane composition and its fluid mosaic model constructing" as an example. count and analysis the students’ paper and pencil test scores, model production performance and the evaluation of the teacher’s teaching of the questionnaire data through SPSS, Excel and other software. Results show that:1, the teaching method based on the "H-D" is a effective way to carry on the bioscientific history teaching.2, Compared with that of the general teaching methods of science history, the form of bioscientific history teaching of high school based on "H-D method", to a certain extent, it can better promote students to understand the nature of scientific knowledge, cultivating the ability of scientific thinking and mastering the scientific research methods.3, Students are more recognized in the way of teaching bioscientific history based on the "H-D method".In the fifth part, reflect on the whole research process, summarize the harvest of this research, and put forward eight suggestions on how to effectively carry out the teaching of the history of Biological Science in senior high school based on the "H-D method":1, Fully understand the importance of the history of Science in biology teaching, and pay attention to the teaching of bioscientific history; 2, Agree with the important role of "H-D method" in the teaching of the history of Biological Science in senior high school; 3, Make students understand the basic content and essence of the "H-D method" through all kinds of ways; 4, Carefully read and analysis the scientific history, and add as much as possible and effective extra-curricular science historical materials; 5, guide students in accordance with the "H-D law" steps to conduct independent reasoning in the teaching; 6, Give students more time and space to think; 7, Organize group cooperative learning and conduct independent inquiry; 8, According to the content analysis of the specific history of science, carriy out selectively the teaching of the history of biological science based on the "H-D method". At last, the paper puts forward the improvement measures to the problems that may exist, and prospect about the future development of this research topic.
