Ice and snow sports tourism arose in the 19 th century industrial era of Europe,the middle of the 20 th century gradually mature,the improvement of ice and snow and specialization of industrial organization to promote the development of the ice and snow tourist market,(such as)French winter ice and snow tourist income is as high as$5 billion.Ice and snow sports tourism entertainment,tourism,fitness,holiday in one of the characteristics can be effectively and promote the development of regional economy.As is known to all,tourism is one of the fastest growing industry in recent years in China,but there is no denying that our country’s tourism industry are mainly remain in the human landscape and the natural landscape level,all has not been formed the industrial chain of sports tourism industry development pattern.The huge market gap makes sports tourism industry of our country emerging sunrise industry,is China’s economic transformation and rational choice of the transformation of development mode.Under the huge market prospects for development forecast,though we should be rational to see snow and ice sports in our country was deeply loved by the people,but the development of ice and snow tourism in our country is relatively lag,early in the form of folk games,not form a pattern of industrialization,there is a huge market vacuum.As "the success of the games in Beijing,ice and snow sports tourism industry in China will develop on the fast track.Shanxi Province is currently in the economic structure transformation and upgrading of key nodes,the government level andmarket level are actively expand the tourism market,construct the pattern of the tourism industry is the top priority.The current tourism market in Shanxi Province of obvious distinguish,at up to four months of winter,the lack of a strong tourism product support.And the development of ice-snow tourism industry can effectively fill this gap,also became the perfect shanxi tourism a key link of the whole industry chain.In addition,close to the beijing-tianjin-hebei region,Shanxi Province,at the same time is also closest to the southern region of the northern mountain region,the transportation is convenient,the development of ice and snow sports tourism industry provides a broad market.At the same time,shanxi is rich in mountain resources,and the winter ice period is long,very suitable for development of ice-snow sports.This study try to explore new norm in the economy,especially in Shanxi Province under the background of facing greater downward pressure on economic development,from the Angle of the sports industry development,discusses the advantage of ice and snow sports tourism development in Shanxi Province,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,and the corresponding coping strategies.From their own conditions for development of Shanxi Province,this paper,which are discussed through a comprehensive analysis of the development of ice and snow sports tourism industry in Shanxi Province and comprehensive environmental evaluation of the basic conditions,from the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in four aspects,such as synthesis conditions on the development of ice and snow sports tourism in Shanxi Province has carried on the comprehensive review and evaluation,and concluded the SWOT elements for the development of ice and snow sports tourism in Shanxi Province.(1)Strength: resources conditions,location traffic conditions,have introduced the basic condition of sports tourism,etc.(2)Weakness: lack of government policies,facilities not perfect,inadequate propaganda,low public awareness,the lack of professional talents,etc.(3)Opportunity: 2022 winter Olympic Games held,sports industry has developed rapidly in the province,the government attaches great importance to the degree of increase,etc.(4)Threat: per capita GDP and the growth of the sports consumption level,peripheral provinces and regions to form competition,etc.On this basis,this paper adopts AHP-SWOT analysis method,the factors of the development of ice and snow sports tourism in ShanxiProvince qualitative quantitative analysis concluded that Shanxi Province should adopt disadvantage and opportunity(settlement)combined type for strategic combination,perfect the internal environment disadvantages,seize the external opportunities to develop the ice and snow sports tourism industry.
