A Study On The Path Of "Digital School" Supporting Rural Small Scale Schools

From the point of view of the top-level design of relevant national rural education,“Digital School”is considered to be a effective program that can solve the problem of rural small schools and help them open the class completly,enoughly even better.In recent years,Under the support of “Rural compulsory education weak school reform plan”,To improve the basic conditions of compulsory education in poor areas”,the conditions of rural small-scale schools have been greatly improved.But,teachers and curriculum is still “short board”,the problem of the course can not open completly,enougly and better are still existed.Therefore,the country decided to implement the“teaching of digital education resources full coverage"”,"three two platform","national primary and secondary school teachers in the application of information technology to enhance the ability of project",to build "Digital School" to support rural small schools development.“Digital School”is a free digital education resource supply system of compulsory education for the government supply,reflecting the state to the city of excellent teachers and educational resources to improve the rural small schools teaching quality and promote the balanced urban and rural compulsory education vision.Based on this,this study attempts to sort out the following two questions: first,the physical school and the "Digital School" combined with the supply of resources is feasible?Second,what is the value orientation of the "Digital School" for the rural small-scale schools?Firstly,this paper combs the national policy and the relevant literature,trying to grasp the vision of "Digital School" to support rural small scale school.Then,in Dazu County,Chongqing Tujia and Miao Autonomous County,inspect the area of Cangyuan County,Lincang City,Yunnan city of Baoshan Province,Zhanyi County,Qujing City,Guizhou Qiandongnan Miao and Dong,understand the small schools throughout the rural information infrastructure,digital educational resources,teacher's ability of applying information technology training and information teaching situation.To further understand the effectiveness of rural small schools used "Digital School",this studyfocuses on the Daxi center of Chongqing Xiushan Tujia and Miao Autonomous County school and Chongqing Dazu County Down Temple Primary School,participatory observation and in-depth interviews,to support rural small schools classroom teaching survey of "Digital School" as well as the status of teachers and students to explore the attitude for rural small schools "Digital School" is the basic value pursuit and reasonable application mode.The study found that rural small schools use "Digital School" into three types: First is in the practice of rural small schools "resource lesson",namely rural teachers use multimedia teaching of digital educational resources development;two urban and rural schools twinning is “synchronous lesson”,classroom teaching is the rural small schools by students remote interactive video synchronization watch City schools teachers;the third is “Live broadcast lesson” of small-scale rural school alliance,that is,small schools in the region form a school consortium,through the live platform courses,sharing teachers..In these modes under the support of rural small schools,the problem of the course can not open completly,enougly can be alleviated,but open the course well can not achieved.Specifically,digital educational resources with the "city" label from rural small school culture,lead students to understand the difficulties;at the same time,teachers' information technology application ability and the new teaching model does not match,cause the teaching effect is not very good.Thus,this study suggests that carrying the city of excellent teachers and educational resources "Digital School" can only alleviate rural small schools that can not open course completely and enoughly,but can not improve the quality of teaching in rural small schools.The development of rural small-scale schools should be combined with the local natural and human systems,in order to create a "live" education,and realize the all-round development of human beings.First of all,the establishment of "education information ecology" from the perspective of the theory of "Digital School " reasonable value orientation,emphasizing the development of rural education information in the ecological system of "human";secondly,from the point of view of system,the construction of "social collaboration mode of Digital School" cloud platform,emphasizing the construction of the soil of the digital educational resources and the "Digital School" cloud platform teaching service function;finally,the teaching services leveraging the "Digital School" educational function,growth plans for rural teachers "private custom",constructing the network teaching and research community,strengthen the reflection of information technology teaching practice,improve the ruralteachers' information teaching ability;at the same time,the innovation of "Digital School" mode of application,the implementation of network the classroom of rural small schools alliance,Teacher Resources Sharing Alliance,let the students understand the rural teachers,more favorable Learning in rural areas.
