Chinese masters are a group of accepted language education and language education workers,can produce certain influence in the education front line they concluded that their education teaching idea,and will these concept based on practice,they are worthy of respect and learning.In order to perceive the teacher how to apply idea to practice,this research station in the perspective of "heterogeneous" with class for "<teacher speak Chinese> series" dependent and focus on the Chinese teaching classroom teacher and the language education idea,their lesson example as the main research content.This thesis follows the "text-common features of the language teacher lesson example analyzed difference analysis-the language teacher teaching the practice of the Chinese teacher teaching paradigm" research train of thought,with the literature method,inductive deductive method,case analysis method and action research method as the research methods,explore the middle school language teacher lesson "lesson with heterogeneous" example,the similarities and uniqueness,seek a teacher in the teaching of lesson and the class and the summation and vision,and applied it to the education teaching practice,in order to achieve the purpose of learning from.The thesis mainly is divided into three parts.The first part is introduction,including research origin,research status review,the research of theory and practice value,idea and method of research.The second part for the key part of the paper,divided into three chapters,mainly from the famous prevue "with heterogeneous class" teaching,the teacher teaching quality convergence and differentiating the three aspects of the narrative.First chapter is the core concept and the object of study prevue in defining the concept of "Chinese famous" and "heterogeneous" with class,on the basis of combing the periphery object of this thesis research the <teacher speak Chinese>series,set the specific object of the study of "class" in the title,and statistical analysis of the famous "lesson with heterogeneous" lesson.The second chapter mainly from the "grasp the subject characteristics,create a" Chinese flavor "classroom atmosphere","inside looks up,quality cultivation,optimizing ability training","teaching wisdom,innovation teaching organization form" embodied in three aspects analyze the teacher teaching out of the same class and asked,in the search for a teacher in the classroom can be reference for you.Chapter 3 the differences of middle school Chinese teacher teaching characteristics,from the "idea that is different,different style","teaching mode,teaching process" and "different teaching links,import multiple class",the three aspects of analysis in the lesson "heterogeneous" where "vision",namely the teacher teaching in the same class.Finally,the paper third part is the teacher will read into read,ideas and teaching practice of Chinese teacher teaching paradigm,in philosophy class.From the pursuit to the teaching design,teaching reflection,this is a process of learning,practice and understanding.Teacher have the courage to dare to in the education teaching practice to explore,practice concept,rethinking the wisdom of practice,continuous innovation,adhere to the progress of our character,and the language education needs to go forward,will step by step,generation of talent to teacher,learning their concept,study their class example,accelerate the pace of the teacher professional development.Hope this paper can the desire to improve their novice teachers make a reference.
