Schools' internal public relations work as an agent in delivering information and campus culture,promoting the communication among the stuff,and developing the internal cohesion.It plays an essential role in driving the development of a school.Quanzhou,As the Pilot area of “The Belt and Road” as well as one of the main economic areas at the west side of the Taiwan straits,is honored as “Brand of private enterprises area”.However,as for Quanzhou's council higher vocational schools,with great representativeness of local higher vocational education,their popularity and value of social service are not so matched with Quanzhou's economy.Beneath the requirement of the times,Quanzhou's council higher vocational schools are expected to optimize the construction of the internal public relations,so as to unite the powers of the staff,ameliorate the campus atmosphere,brand schools' running quality,promote schools' developments and effectively serve the local economics.Centres on the three essential factors “the subject”,“the public” and “the medium”,the author designs questionnaires to study the internal public relations of Quanzhou's council higher vocational schools,then refers to Stakeholder Theory to dig up the main problems and analyzes the causes.Next,on the basis of the PR environment of Quanzhou's council higher vocational schools,the author applies Contingency Theory of PR on finding optimization means and solutions.The results of this study are expected to be helpful in dealing with problems of the internal PR management among Quanzhou's council higher vocational schools.The expection of wide application on council higher vocational schools' internal PR management will be promoted.
