Design Of Online Learning Early-warning Mechanism Based On Big Data

With the rapid development of network and electronics,online learning has become a common part in people's life with its unique convenience,and has aroused the greatest concern,which will provide the forceful support for constructing the civil study and lifetime study type of society.,At the same time,Online learning has also brought a series of negative effects for example,it is difficult to focus learners' attention,which makes it difficult to guarantee the learning quality.In addition,teachers can't exert their superiority,besides that the learner's behavior is difficult to control and the teaching evaluation is not objective.Based on that,learning early warning is an effective way to solve the problems,the construction of Online Learning Early-warning Model based on big data is the important problem to be solved in the field of online education research and practice.This study aims to improve the learning effect and learning quality of online learning through designing the early warning mechanism of online learning.The main contents of this article include:(1)build an early warning model of online learning;(2)design an early warning mechanism of online learning;(3)design and test the early warning prototype of online learning.Thus,the main contents of this study are as follows:In the model construction section mainly through literature research methods.Firstly,we summarize the current situation and development trend of online learning,then expound the connotation of online learning warning,and summarize the shortcomings of online learning and the existing online learning early warning system,then expound their advantages and disadvantages.Next it point out that the study of learning analysis prove the possibility of developing the early warning system from the theoretical level by expounding the research status and development trend of learning analysis,and then provide technical support and tool guarantee for the realization of online learning warning for the construction of online learning early warning model.Through the method of case analysis and network research,combined with the analysis and comparison of early-warning system of online learning,this paper summarizes the early-warning framework of online learning from the theoretical basis of online learning early warning.According to the analysis model of online learningthe early-warning framework of online learning build the learning function and process model for the online learning early warning.In this paper,we construct the early-warning function model of online learning from three aspects as knowledge,behavior and emotion.Furthermore,based on the specific steps of online learning,we construct the process model of online learning early-warning.In the part of mechanism design,this study is based on the online learning warning model through case analysis and design research,on the basis of the early-warning model of online learning,we respectively design the early-warning mechanism of grasping the degree with knowledge,behavioral early-warning mechanism and emotional early-warning mechanism.In the design of each mechanism,firstly,according to the online learning early warning model,we designthe whole process of online learning early warning mechanism Then,we design the mechanism elements separately,including the collection of early-warning data,the determination of early-warning algorithm,the selection of early-warning mode and the presentation of early warning information.This part lays a solid foundation for the development and design of online learning early-warning prototype.In the part of prototype design and inspection,this study adopted the method of Rapid Prototyping Development.In this study,we use Axure8.0 to develop online learning early-warning prototype according to the related content of online learning early-warning mechanism.Moreover,we invite some learners to simulate the online learning early-warning prototype,and then collect the learners' experience of the trial process and the shortage of the prototype through interviews and questionnaires.Based on that,we modify and improve the prototype according to the learners' feedback.
