Modern basketball is one of the world's ten big popular sports, participate in basketball sports population. In our country, school basketball campaign is an important part of the mass basketball, especially the high school basketball sports campus basketball more crucial transition. With the popularity of basketball movement, followed by the inevitable injuries. In basketball knee joint injury is a common one kind of injury,in the knee joint injury, anterior cruciate ligament injury is one of the most serious damage. The treatment of anterior cruciate ligament damage to its expensive cost, longer recovery and easy to cause other knee complications etc,is considered by clinical is one of the most serious injuries. The musculoskeletal system is not yet fully developed, the teenagers in the treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injury is much more complicated than adults,if at the beginning of the damage is not the correct treatment, will have incalculable harm for young athletes. Therefore, this study selected the 12 to 17,109 from taiyuan city into the middle school and four ShiBaZhong two college basketball team athletes of the middle school as subjects, using infrared light spot Qualisys motion capture system, the lateral cutting action on the subjects for lower limb kinematics data acquisition, data processing,a regression equation to analyze data, and to further understand the youth basketball athletes under different ages in the side cut finish with knee anterior cruciate ligament injury risk related kinematics characteristics of lower limbs.Data analysis results show that the height and weight by the interaction of gender and age,BMI index is only affected by age.The lower limb kinematics data with different degrees of differences in gender, and women in the majority of the lower limb kinematics data shows are more likely than men to produce the characteristics of the anterior cruciate ligament injury, embodied in women than men within the hip rotation Angle, valgus Angle is bigger, bending Angle is smaller;Landing on toe adduction Angle, bending Angle is smaller; The Angle between the patellar ligament and larger;Knee flexion Angle when the maximum Angle of knee adduction bigger, hip flexion Angle smaller and internal rotation Angle is bigger.Men also in some kinematic data to show the risk more damage, such as more small knee flexion Angle, the bigger the tibia forward Angle and the heel Angle of adduction. At the same time, the men and women of different ages of lower limb kinematics data also exist, most of the lower limb kinematics index data at the age of 15 to 17 and the change of the data of the 12-at the age of 14.Embodied in female subjects to complete the side cutting action on time within the hip rotation Angle,Angle of the tibia forward and patellar ligament and the Angle between the tibia, toe Angle, foot and internal rotation Angle, foot and ankle flexion Angle and the male participants valgus Angle, foot and internal rotation Angle, foot with flexion Angle can increase increased with the increase of age, female subjects in ankle joint angles, shares after muscle group vertical axis and the Angle between the tibia and toe adduction ankle valgus Angle, toe Angle and men closed Angle, toe Angle,Angle of heel adduction will decrease with the increase of age.Through such research results tell us that in anterior cruciate ligament injury prevention intervention plan formulation, the need to consider the influence of gender and age.Women to focus on reduce swing Angle in the hip,hip valgus Angle, knee inward turning Angle, patellar ligament and the Angle between the tibia and leaning Angle, increasing the hip and knee flexion Angle, toe Angle and bending Angle;Men should pay attention to reduce swing Angle in the valgus Angle of hip joint and knee joint Angle and tibia forward, increasing the hip and knee flexion Angle. And of adolescent athletes should pay attention to increase after the age of 15 stocks after muscle group vertical axis and the Angle between the tibia and toe Angle and bending Angle, knee and hip flexion Angle, reduce hip inward turning Angle and valgus Angle, tibial anterior Angle, patellar ligament and the Angle between the tibia. Before the age of 15 teenagers should pay attention to increasing the knee and hip flexion Angle and swing Angle within the toe and heel of internal rotation Angle and bending Angle, reduce knee inward turning Angle,Angle of heel adduction.Only targeted prevention training, can effectively reduce the incidence of anterior cruciate ligament injury.
