Basketball as a global one of sports projects,with the participation of large population,especially young people.ACL(Anterior Cruciate Ligament,ACL)injury in basketball has the high incidence of injury.Therefore,An ACL injury prevention is vital.In this paper,the youth basketball athletes completed an ACL injury incidence gesture,gender and age factors on the impact of lower limb kinematical characteristics research.Of this study was to use infrared light spot motion capture system collected 109 teens aged 12 to 17 basketball athletes in complete stop takeoff action of lower limb kinematics data,by establishing regression equation to analyze data,comparison of age and gender on the influence of the youth basketball athletes lower limb kinematics indexes.This study shows that gender and age in height,weight,hip,knee and foot touchdown mode and knee flexion moment biggest significant differences on the hip and knee indicators.In terms of gender,height,body weight index after 13 years old boys than girls;Within the hip rotation,outreach,buckling and heel inside the rotary Angle on all performance for girls than boys;Knee flexion Angle on the men and women embrace of buckling Angle,and between 0 and 30 ° of flexion Angle;During knee flexion Angle biggest men and women embrace of knee adduction Angle and swing Angle in hip joint;Hip flexion Angle during knee flexion Angle biggest girls are characterized by buckling state,boys are characterized by stretching except 14 years old.In terms of age,as the growth of the age male and female in height,weight,BMI,toe and heel on indicators showed a trend of growth;Boys outside the hip rotation,outreach,buckling,ankle flexion and knee buckling Angle when the largest knee adduction and hip stretching Angle showed a trend of growth,and the girl the same;Boy 14 years old after knee spin,outreach,buckling,ankle outreach,legs forward,knee flexion of hip flexion Angle as biggest all showed a trend of decline,while they are at the same time girls showed a trend of rising.This research the conclusion youth basketball athlete on gender differences,the girl in the hip rotation,flexion Angle,knee joint outreach,buckling Angle,Angle of knee flexion do big hip flexion Angle on indicators tend to an ACL injury,boy at hip valgus,buckling Angle,Angle of knee flexion,knee flexion do inside the large Angle of hip flexion and rotation Angle and the largest knee buckling Angle of knee joint outreach on indicators tend to an ACL injury;At the same time also have differences in age,and gender and age differences,male and female in height,weight,hip,knee and foot touchdown mode and knee flexion moment biggest significant differences on the hip and knee joint index,and within the knee spin,outreach,buckling,outreach,legs forward,knee joint maximum ankle flexion of hip flexion Angle on indicators such as age inflection point.According to the research result shows that in daily training or for injury prevention programs,should first consider the gender difference,girls tend to increase with the decrease of the hip joint and knee joint Angle of outreach and for hip,knee flexion Angle and the Angle of training before crus,boys are more likely to reduce hip abduction,increasing the hip and knee buckling Angle and the largest knee flexion Angle hip flexion,decrease the spin Angle and the Angle of knee joint outreach training;In addition,the age factor should also be considered,before the age of 14 should pay attention to reduce the boy leg front Angle,increase the girl knee flexion Angle,after 14 years of age should pay attention to reduce the girl inside the knee spin,outreach and calf before the dip Angle,reduce hip abduction Angle,the boys their hip rotation Angle,maximum knee flexion increases when the boys knee flexion Angle and the largest knee flexion hip flexion Angle.
