Research objectivesIn the recent years,the production safety situation is grim,the field of industrial injury identification is in a dilemma,this research is aiming at how to improve the system of industrial injury identification.The purpose of this study is to analyze the problems existing in the system of industrial injury,the formation of qualitative and quantitative conclusion,combined with the research,put forward a series of reasonable suggestions to improve the system construction.Research methodsThis research using literature research,statistical analysis,expert interview method,case analysis,on the basis of literature data and government departments and foreign authoritative statistical data,with industrial injury field professionals and experts for the in-depth interviews,taking Luzhou industrial injury hospital as typical case as the case analysis,research and discuss system factors,cognitive factors,occupation factors,economic factors.Research resultsResearch analysis shows that,China's legislative level is low,industrial injury overall level is low,part of the enterprise ginseng protect consciousness,industrial injury insurance rate is low,industrial injury situation understanding is difference,industrial injury workload is big,people in charge are understaffed,people in charge are less professional training and business ability is not good,expectations of industrial injury compensation is often higher than the industrial injury worker compensation results.Research conclusionsSuggestions are putting forward from the aspects of system construction,team building,construction of case database,strengthening supervision and punishment.Including Strengthen industrial injury top-level design,improve the overall level of industrial injury insurance,make industrial injury professional team,enhance the level of industrial injury team service,make full use of expert resources,give full play to the effect of experts,explore industrial injury rapid processing mode,to promote scientific industrial injury,explore industrial injury compensation system first,relieve the contradictions of industrial injury time.
