Research objective: In this article,we conducted a follow-up study of excellent pole vaulter Niu Chunge's last two steps run-up and take-off.Hope that through this research,we can find out the technique errors of Niu Chunge's last two steps run-up and take-off.Then the methods of technical improvement are given,and finally promote the rapid improvement of sports performance.In this article,the methods of our research are: literature date?expert interview?experimentation?mathematical statistics and so on.Research findings:1.The technique of Niu Chunge has been improved obviously in the last two steps.The first step by step from the original more than the second of the last step into the inverse of the current step length of the last second steps,and run more proactive.2.The horizontal velocity of Niu Chunge in the last two steps run-up has been improved.The horizontal velocity difference is more reasonable,but the consistency of the last two steps remains to be improved.The last step faster than before,reduce the speed loss of horizontal velocity,showed a strong offensive awareness.3.At the run-up time of Niu Chunge,the body center of gravity tends to be stable,at the take-off time,the center of gravity height remains to be improved.4.The angle of the rod string is more reasonable than before at the take-off time of Niu Chunge.The conversion of kinetic energy into elastic potential energy is higher and higher,to reduce energy loss5.The upper arm of Niu Chunge to lift the pole support capacity has improved at the take-off time,under the arm push rod more active.The elbow angle can be opened gradually,shoulder elbow angle change is more reasonable than before,create a good condition for the follow-up action.6.The torso angle of Niu Chunge reduced from 93.5° to 89.6°,the take-off angle reduced from 96.7°to 92.8°.Lift rod consciousness enhancement.The problem has been raised on the back of the trunk at the take-off time7.The take-off angle of knee of Niu Chunge changed from 165.5°to 172.4°,trends in accordance with the requirements of the explosive stretching straight legs.8.The run-up technology of Niu Chunge gradually stabilized,the jumping angle has been optimized through the training center of gravity,close to the center of gravity leaps angle of domestic elite pole vaulters.Conclusion: 1.The reciprocal first step length of Niu Chunge is more than the drive step length at before,now is less than the drive step length by 0.06 meters long.The horizontal velocity of the last two steps up to 0.15 meters per second.Niu Chunge has obvious improvement in the last two steps run-up and run more proactive,showed a strong offensive awareness.2.The shoulder angle of Niu Chunge increased by 19°at the take-off time.The upper arm to lift the pole support capacity has improved,under the arm push rod more active.The elbow angle increased by 13° and can be opened gradually.The arms are more stable to the body at the take-off time.3.The rear knee angle of Niu Chunge increased by 7°.Thigh buffer capacity to enhance the stretch more fully.
