Today it is impossible for individuals to do all the work independently because the division of labor is getting thinner and thinner.Colleges and universities are trying to organize college students start teamwork learning.The researcher of this article have found that not all collaborative teams can achieve the desired results.Because apart from the knowledge level and technical level of the team members group affect also affects the effectiveness of team work.Many modern psychologists think emotions affect a person's behavior and attitudes,the same is true in a team work.In the first half of this study the author analyzed collaborative problem solving learning and group affect,put forward a point of view that group affect have 5 dimensions(including sense of belonging,feeling of honor,feeling of intimacy,sense of trust,sense of responsibility).In the second half of this study the author through the questionnaire analysis acquired the group affect's different characteristics in four stages of collaborative problem solving and it's correlation with collaborative problem solving abilities.Here are the main results of this paper:1.described the connotation and formation of group affect;2.understand the general characteristics of contemporary college students' group affect and it's dynamic trend;3.there is a significant correlation between group affect and collaborative problem solving ability.The innovation point of this study is:1.discuss affect at the team level,through the questionnaire method,the interview method and the tracking method explore the characteristics of the college students' group affect and it's dynamic trend;2.explore the correlation between group affect and collaborative problem solving ability in the environment of collaborative learning.
