Study On Developing Trend Of World Man’s Floor Exercise

Chinese men’ gymnastics team after the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the London Olympic Games in 2012 after the peak of glory,a transition between the old and the new faces in the situation of the Rio Olympic cycle.Young athletes lack of experience,and for the international gymnastics scoring rules do not adapt to individual projects and group competition round defeat,especially men’s floor exercise.Lonely and marginalized in the cycle in the competition it is a profound reflection and summary.Therefore,to explore the development trend and direction of today’s World Men’ floor exercise,to catch up with the other countries,and return to the peak moment,and the purpose of the preparations for the Tokyo Olympic cycle,it is particularly important.By means of documentary review,video observation,comparative method,mathematical statistics and experts interview,analysis of the complete set of men’s floor exercise in the final of the four international gymnastics competition of World Gymnastics Championships in 2013,2014 and 2015 and 2016 Rio Olympics.according to the characteristics of international men’s Gymnastics Rules,the purpose of this paper is to explore the development characteristics of men’s floor exercise in the world in terms of scoring rules,difficulty value,quality of completion,and arrangement of sets,provides a theoretical reference for the development of the men’s floor exercise and the selection of the complete set of movements.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:⑴Rules for men’s floor exercise:The value of action difficulty has a downward trend,the number of difficult movements have increased,limited part action and action.⑵The development of competition:Japanese gymnast long-term absolute advantage in this project will keep;British and American athletes will remain competitive in the future;South Korea,Spain and other countries will follow the first tier countries;Traditional gymnastics power Russia still has a certain level,it is expected to rebound in the next cycle;China and Brazil men’s gymnastics team faces between the old and the new situation,new players will experience in the future competition in the project of cultivating excellent athletes.⑶The development trend of complete sets of movement difficulty value:the difficulty of single action is still in difficult development,the backward somersault has become an important way to increase the difficulty of complete action,the number and use of non skilled actions will remain stable;with increasing connection value,action connection mode,diversified and highly difficult.⑷The development trend of the whole arrangement mode:Complete choreography in the opening part of a single E group and above skills of action to the two connection of the development of difficult tricks;2 combinations of the two actions +1 C group and above non skill movements + single high difficulty action +E group of side or backward class action moves into the mainstream of the middle part of the arrangement;the end part of the difficult or single skill moves into the mainstream,E group has gradually increased the trend of action.
