Performance appraisal is one of the important parts of the performance management,and it is also an important part of human resource management.University teachers are the basis of the development of colleges and universities,take on the important task of personnel training and scientific and technological innovation,how to improve the management level of human resources in Colleges and universities,the relationship between the quality of personnel training,scientific research achievements and the transformation of the speed and quality of real productive forces.This article through to the domestic and foreign related theories and methods of performance management and university teachers' performance evaluation,combined with the status quo of full-time teachers,through the questionnaire survey method and Delphy Fa method,to understand the current performance evaluation system of teachers in the current performance evaluation system,found that the school has many problems in full-time teachers' performance evaluation,and the cause of the more comprehensive analysis.Then take the development strategy as the basis,the school full-time teacher's performance appraisal system to optimize the design,and expand the scope of the performance evaluation,the performance evaluation of the main body of the diversity and performance evaluation results of comprehensive and real.In the assessment cycle,with the annual assessment and evaluation of the main,the daily teaching of the assessment and research assessment of different assessment cycle.The performance evaluation index is divided into three indicators,the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods in the assessment method.In the optimization design process of the index system,the feedback and application of performance evaluation results,as well as the fairness of the assessment procedures and results,and in the full-time teachers in the assessment process.Finally,the establishment of a new performance evaluation system,the evaluation system for the future implementation of the effect evaluation.On the basis of the practice of full-time teachers' performance evaluation system in X college,in order to ensure the effective implementation of the optimized full-time teachers' performance appraisal system,the full implementation of the principle of people-oriented,flexibility,practicality and systematic principle,through the full transformation of ideas,improve school full-time teachers' performance management mechanism and system,strengthen the training of teachers,pay attention to the professional teachers' incentive,strengthen school culture construction and so on.Through the implementation of the new system to improve the performance of full-time teachers and the effect of school performance management is more obvious.
