Study On The Problem Of Women's Ethic Disorder In The Period Of Social Transition

With the rapid development of productivity in China,women's subjective consciousness is constantly enhanced,and their status has been continuously improved in the political,economic,social,cultural and educational fields,and relatively equal rights have been obtained.However,at present,in the period of social transformation,Chinese political,economic and cultural systems are facing transformation.The social problems are frequent that the old and new systems do not exist at the same time,and ethical disorder of women is one of them.Women's circumstances are different from those of any other social group,because they are not one of many isolated groups,and half of the whole human race.Women are the foundation of human beings,and they are irreplaceable.At present,in our country,on the one hand,the patriarchal ideology still exists,the idea of social members still influenced by traditional ethical culture;on the other hand,influenced by the ideological trend of Western women's liberation,women is constantly pursuing of freedom and equality,to realize the value of the mood.Women form different values being effected of two kinds of new and old culture,and because of the influence of market economy profit thought,so many people only think of the law,but ignored the ethical constraints,which appeared in the society of women's ethics disorder.This is not conducive to the overall development of women themselves,the healthy growth of young people,the establishment of a harmonious family and social harmony and stability.There are different reasons for women's ethical disorder.In this paper,under the background of various contradictions in the period of social transformation,guided by Marx's feminist ethics,we conducted a comprehensive and in-depth study of the ethical disorder and reconstruction of women in China.By using the methods of literature research,qualitative analysis,theory connection and interdisciplinary research,this paper examines women's ethical disorder from the perspective of Chinese women,points out the phenomenon and reasons for women's ethical disorder in detail,and analyzes the principles and path of strengthening the women's ethical in our country.The text of this article is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the basic part of the theory.First of all,it explains the ethics of women,including the definition of women's ethics,the content of women's ethics and the function of women's theory.Secondly,it defines the period of social transformation as well as the ethical disorder of women,and analyzes the harm of women's ethical disorder in the period of social transition.This has laid a theoretical foundation for the study of women's ethical disorder.The second part is the performance of women's ethical disorder.This part analyzes women's ethical disorder from four aspects: Women's marriage and family ethics disorder,women's sexual ethics disorder and women crime.The third part is the cause of female ethical disorder.In this paper,the reasons of women's ethics disorder are analyzed from four aspects,under the background of social transition period.In the community economy aspect,it is analyzed from the negative effects of the market economy and the existence of gender exclusion in the labor division of labor.On the social and political aspects,it is analyzed from the still existence of the patriarchal ideology and the gender inequality of the structure of social power.In the aspect of ideology and culture,it is analyzed from the multiple induction of values and the confusion of the ethical and moral evaluation of women.In women's own aspects,it is analyzed from the residual psychology of women and the lag of the level of moral education.The fourth part provides suggestions for strengthening women's ethics.Firstly,we analyze the principles that need to be followed for strengthening women's ethics.It mainly includes the principle of economic security,the principle of political participation,the principles of culture and education,and the principles of freedom,autonomy and self-care.Secondly,it discusses the realistic ways to strengthen the ethics of women in our country.First,in the state,we should establish the national mechanism and to improve the status of women.The national mechanism is the guarantee of the reconstruction of women's ethics.Second,in social aspects,we should pay attention to the publicity and guidance of public opinions,and social public opinion plays a guiding role in the values of the social members.Third,in the women's own aspects,we should strengthen education and improve the quality of women themselves.
