With the speeding up of the social transition, agricultural production rate continuously improve, female independent consciousness getting strengthen, more and more rural women has joined to the migrant workers, engaged in non-farm payrolls. Rural women joined to the migrant workers, not only has important influence for its economic status, social status and their all-round development, also play an important role in family economic increase and rural construction, more plays a pivotal role in our country’s modernization construction. Therefore, studying the change of rural women working mode, has an important guiding significance.Full-text is divided into six parts:The first part is introduction, mainly illustrated the objective of research and research significance, research status at home and abroad, research ideas and methods, and related theoretical basis such as employment theory, human capital investment theory, the social gender theory, social exclusion theory, and defined the related concept, mainly includes the period of social transition, the guanzhong region, migrant workers, the pattern of migrant workers and its change.The second part mainly discussed the status of rural women migrants in the guanzhong region, through the analysis of data, from the number of migrant workers, migrant women age, industry and approach of achieving those aspects explored the characteristics and changes of guanzhong rural women working mode, concluded that the guanzhong rural women working mode has changed from traditional single working mode to modem multiple working mode.The third part mainly demonstrates the reason of the change of the guanzhong rural women working mode. This paper argues, social transformation promoted the social development, under the market economic system employment opportunities increasing, government implement the incentive policy for migrant workers and the family and personal needs of rural women, are the reasons which promoted the guanzhong rural women working mode has changed from the traditional single to modern multiple.The fourth part, from the perspective of women themselves, demonstrates the impact of guanzhong rural women working mode change on women’s survival and development. Guanzhong rural women to participate in the work developed the local rural women human resources, increased women’s economic income, improved the women’s family status and autonomy. At the same time, in the process of working, the guanzhong rural women accepted modern civilization, their ideology, values, life-styles all have changed.The fifth part is the problem and reason analysis, the paper analyzed the problems existed in the guanzhong rural women working mode changes, and probed into the cause of the problem. Analysis that due to the lack of social security, the labor contract is loose and the restriction of rural women’s own reason, the problems such as low degree of organization, low employment level and so on existed in the process of the guanzhong rural women working mode change.Sixth part is the countermeasure analysis, according to the problems and their causes existed in the process of guanzhong rural women working mode change, targeted put forward the following countermeasures:improve the social security system and regulations, strengthen the organization management and perfect the employment service, in order to safeguard the lawful rights in the process of rural women workers; Give full play to the media propaganda strength, establishing and perfecting the employment service information networks, provide information support for rural women to participate in the work; Vigorously carry out various training activities, improve the rural women their own cultural quality and professional skills...
