In the theory of the second generation of cognitive science,the body is no longer simply refers to the whole human physiological organization,it not only has the cognitive value,it also provides the content for the cognition,is our communication with the environment bridge.Therefore,the theory of embodied cognition is of great educational significance to classroom teaching.Under the guidance of the theory of embodied cognition,this study analyzes the embodiment and the basic characteristics of junior middle school geography classroom teaching,and puts forward the teaching strategies of geography teaching in junior middle school.Junior middle school geography classroom teaching strategy based on personal cognition is an effective classroom strategy according to the characteristics of physical and mental development of junior high school students.The purpose is to give full play to the students' subjectivity in the classroom teaching,so that students can use the body as an important tool to understand.From the three aspects of geography concept teaching,geography image teaching and geography activity teaching,the author puts forward the teaching strategies.The situation and life,intuitive geographical concepts embodied teaching strategies from concept learning to build;geography image teaching from the map,geographical landscape map and geographical charts embodied three aspects elaborated the teaching strategy;geography teaching activities from the language activities,practical activities and research activities of three aspects to study the body of classroom teaching strategies.In order to promote the all-round development of students through the classroom teaching strategy.In this paper,based on the study of the teaching strategies of junior middle school geography teaching,the author investigates the present situation and problems of junior middle school geography class teaching.And through the experiment method to select the first one middle school in Jiamusi city two classes as the subjects,the experimental class adopted embodied classroom teaching strategies,while the control class adopted the traditional teaching method,class unified test and statistical analysis.Through the construction and practice of junior high school geography classroom teaching strategies based on embodied cognition,that embodied the junior middle school geography classroom teaching strategies to improve the students' learning achievement and learning quality,play the subjectivity of students,helps to cultivate students' practical ability and innovation consciousness.
