Although the importance of early education on life development has been widely recognized,many parents have for their children to pick a variety of early education institutions,but to rational analysis,early education center to improve the quality of education in our country,one of the reasons is the quality of teachers and gap compared with developed countries.This study based on the analysis of the status quo,development center teachers in-service training needs survey,early education institutions of teachers training in our country present situation and the demand analysis,the following main conclusions: teachers to participate in training will high,but the lack of training to the attractiveness of;Infant and young child feeding and nursing be overlooked by early education institutions was teacher needs training programs;Expert lectures are no longer a teacher training form first requirements;Lower education teachers have a stronger training will,etc.
