The Investigation Research On The Status Of The Outflow Of The Rural Early Childhood Teachers Of Jiu Yuan District In Baotou

In recent years,people's attention to rural early childhood education is daily on the increase.The development of rural early childhood education in rural areas is inseparable from a stable team of rural early childhood teachers.However,the serious loss of rural early childhood teachers has hindered the development of early childhood education in rural areas.The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the conditions of the loss of early childhood teachers in rural areas in Jiu yuan District and put forward some suggestions to stabilize the rank of early childhood teachers in rural areas.The methods of this study are questionnaire,literature and interview.The participants of the study were early childhood teachers who quitted from twelve different rural early childhoods in Jiu yuan District over the last five years.The investigation includes three main parts.First part is about the basic information of the rural early childhood teachers who quitted from rural early childhoods that including their ages,education background,length of work,and professional status.Second part is about the living conditions of the rural early childhood teachers comprise of their basic salary,the social security situation,the existence of preparation and so on.The last part investigates the management of rural early childhood education in Jiuyuan District.Based on the investigation,the author analyzes the reasons which affect the loss of kindergarten teachers in rural areas from three aspects: teacher's personal factors,early childhood schools and social factors.There are several main reasons include the demand of survival,individual development and professional growth are not satisfied;the work is too heavy to afford;the support of local government is not enough and so on.For the above reasons,the author sorted out some advice to stabilize the rural early childhood teacher team.The suggestions are carried out from three angles.firstly,the government should increase financial support for early childhood education in rural areas,raise the minimum wage for rural kindergarten teachers,and provide social security to relieve early childhood teachers' worries.Secondly,the rural Kindergarten should pay more attention to the professional growth of their teachers and reduce the workload.Finally,the teacher need to...
