Twenty-first Century is a time of rapid development.With the vigorous implementation of the national policy of rejuvenating the country through science and education.Our country pays more and more attention to education and talent cultivation.The quality of teachers is a vital factor in the smooth progress of educational activities.As we all know,teachers' knowledge is the standard to measure the quality of teachers.So,what kind of knowledge should a teacher have to become a qualified teacher ? This has become the focus of people's attention,and has attracted more and more scholars into the research.A good mathematics teacher should not only have the knowledge of the subject,but also have relevant teaching knowledge.MKT theory is the most mature theory in this field.MKT theory is divided into six dimensions.According to the previous research,there is not too much difference in the Common Content Knowledge among the different levels of teachers.So this investigation focuses on the investigation of mathematics teachers and novice teachers in the Specialized Content Knowledge,the Horizon Content Knowledge,the Knowledge of Content and Curriculum,the Knowledge of Content and Students,and the Knowledge of Content and Teaching.The performance of the five dimensions based on the MKT theory.The performance of the teaching staff in all dimensions of MKT,the real response to the teacher's own teaching quality is ideal or not.In order to explore the factors that affect the level of the teachers,or what factors affect the performance of each dimension of the MKT.With the help of the Harbin Sixth School internship opportunity,I make an interview with the director of the school,Shihong Zhao,etc.According to the interview with Zhao Shihong and other teachers,I refine the factors that can improve the teaching level of the teachers.In this investigation,several kinds of factors,trigonometric function and MKT theory are combined to prepare for the questionnaire.The questionnaires were distributed to different levels of in-service novice teachers and normal students.Based on the results of SPSS analysis,this investigation examines the differences between the normal and the novice teachers in MKT,and the influence ofseveral factors on the development of MKT.Finally,the deficiency of the training mode of the normal college students is put forward,and some suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the teaching level.The results show that:(1)the general level of MKT is not optimistic for the normal students and teachers.(2)the students of mathematics and mathematics in the basic knowledge of each MKT dimension are lagging behind the in-service teachers.Vertical and Horizontal Content Knowledge(HCK)dimension gap is not large.(3)the development of each dimension of MKT is not balanced.And they are affected by many factors.The main factors that affect the teaching level of teachers are the amount of reading,teaching reflection,teaching research and training,the classification of problems,the use of teaching materials and multimedia teaching techniques.By strengthening the efforts of normal students in mathematics,we can improve the teaching level of mathematics normal students.According to the above conclusion,we can see that the normal students can improve themselves a lot before they take part in the work.Using MKT theory to investigate,all aspects of teaching knowledge of the mathematics teachers are needed to be improved.In order to succeed in being a good teacher in the initial stage.We should also think about the training mode of normal students.How can we be on the way to train quality teachers and improve the quality of the mathematics teachers?...
