Application Of Mobile Micro-Learning Environment Based On Wechat Public Platform

Considering the rich working experience on the graduates employment in higher vocational colleges,the author found that the current college students,especially vocational college students changed their attitude and concept towards employment.In addition to some difference from the undergraduates,the vocational college students have their own characteristics of their times.The employment guidance for them is obviously in urgent need of innovation and breakthrough.With the development of information technology,the "micro-era" is coming into our lives.The mobile Internet model has changed our living habits and lifestyles,and the higher education has also greatly changed.In this article,the author will expound the study on the employment and career guidance,by combining with the research on WeChat Subscription,setting up a WeChat platform so as to get recommendations and career guidance.With the help of WeChat,students will have a mobile micro-learning environment and therefore get some employment guidance and services in their spare time.Taking an example of the employment guidance for vocational college students,this paper gives an in-depth analysis on the application of WeChat-based mobile micro-learning environment.On the basis of clarifying the research background,purpose and significance,research status,research methods and contents,as well as relevant concepts and theories,this paper first analyzes the employment micro-learning environment of vocational colleges based on WeChat,including both external environmental analysis and content investigation analysis.The analysis of the external environment includes the analysis of the technical environment,the analysis of the university environment and the analysis on the job-wanted WeChat market environment.The questionnaire analysis method is used to analyze the demands on the needs of employment guidance for vocational college students,the use of WeChat and WeChat public platforms and the demand for micro-learning.Secondly the author is carrying out the development and design on WeChat-based vocational college employment guidance and mobile micro-learning environment.It puts forward guiding ideology,principles,organizational structure and related processes.Finally,this paper analyzes the application effect of the micro-learning environment in the vocational guidance of vocational colleges based on the WeChat public platform.It also analyzes the problems in the application process of the micro-learning environment by interviewing students,and puts forward the corresponding solution suggestions.From the research,the following conclusions are made:1.WeChat public platform is feasible and practical to employment guidance.In designing and developing the WeChat-based employment guidance and mobile micro-learning environment,more attention should be paid,that is,what/when or how to post information by WeChat.2.The principles for the design and development of the WeChat-based employment guidance and mobile micro learning environment should be delicate,interactive,student-centered and personalized.3.The process of the WeChat-based employment guidance micro-learning consists of application and authentication of the WeChat public platform,function setting,contents making and posting.4.In the application process of it,there are lacks of interaction,poor mode of contents presentation and students' weak ability of self-learning.Some measures must be taken to make it more interactive,interesting and practical in order to stimulate their interest.Furthermore,some other elements should be considered,which include both diversified forms and extraordinary styles of presentation.Only in this way can students be active in self-learning.
