Under the trend of rapid development of mobile Internet, mobile communication has entered the era of4G,5G technology is also gaining momentum. A computer-enabled smart phones have become the standard of many people to become in everyday life, learning, entertainment essential. Nowadays everybody can obtain amounts of information and useful knowledge via the mobile Internet whenever and wherever possible. And learning places, learning time are also shiftingsublly.Mobile Internet marks the arrival of a new Internet era. The booming of mobile Internet and mobile platforms has also spawned the birth of a new learning style-based on the mobile terminal mini courses. Nowadaysmany instant application software born out. The most representativeis Wechat born to Mobile Terminal. And among these, Wechat public platform into the spotlight which appeared on-line in August2012. And it has become an important entrance, to the mohile Internet to people.This study focus on the design and development of the Micro courses base on the public platform of Wechat. The Wechat public platform is a platform that can spawn endless possibilities. More and more people subscribe related Wechat public accounts to obtain information he wants or learning with a practical knowledge in fragmentation time. Combining with the characteristics of mobile learning and the design principles of micro courses to develop the micro mobile courses that is applicable to the public platform of Wechat. Under this new way of mobile learning, learners cannot be bound by time and place in fragmented Lime for mobile learning, which is catering to the digital era of knowledge explosion era and fast-paced and high-speed.This article discusses the instructional design process, instructional design models, curriculum design principles, the learner experience and other aspects of the micro mobile courses in the cprescntalives of the public plat form. In this study, the public platform of CidLab as the basis, designing and developing a series of micro mobile courses and analyzing the effects of the implementation of the micro mobile courses in the public platform. It is worth emphasizing that the study focuses on the development of micro mobile courses under the perspective of lifelong learning.The paper which put forward the model of the micro mobile courses based on the public platform. Through this way, the production of mobile-learning is no longer mysterious and out of reach. The aim of this study is making more teachers and learners easier to participate in the micro mobile learning and the establishment of micro-learning resources. Rich teaching resources library for lifelong learning and also that more people can become a designer of micro mobile courses.
