The Analysis Of Influencing Factors Of College Students' Expected Income

The employment of college students is an important channel for college students to realize their personal value,and it is also related to the economic and social stability of the country.With the increase of the number of fresh graduates in the system reform that accompanied the higher education,the employment difficulties of college graduates with higher education are becoming more and more prominent.with the transformation of the social and economic structural,the gap between the needs of the talent market and the quality of the graduates is increasingly difficult for college students to combine employment.In the concentration of college students'employment time,oversupply can easily make the wages of enterprises lower than their labor output.In the process of college students looking for work the expected income is an important indicator,to a large extent determines the employment of college students,how long can obtain employment.so in the employment research of university students,the expected revenue analysis is a good place to start.To be a good solution to the problem of university students' employment difficult,not only need the government and colleges and universities from the policy,laws and regulations of the college students' employment support also need to correctly guide college students' employment intention so as to make the college students with effective rapid implementation of matching jobs.This paper is based on the questionnaire survey of college students' employment intention of university students in northeast China university in 2015.This paper firstly analyzes the relationship between objective employment background and college students' expected income and subjective employment choice and expected income.Based on the expected income of college students,this paper analyzes the characteristics of college students' employment intention,and summarizes the college students' mobility,the willingness of the basic employment and the view of employment.The statistical analysis suggests that the number of college students who are willing to go to primary employment is half of the total,and students who are willing to go to work at the grassroots level are expected to have lower income.College students are more mobile,with less than a third of the students choosing to get jobs,and nearly a third of students choosing to go to first-tier cities.In the course of choosing a career,college students pay more attention to the development space and corresponding salary and welfare.Secondly,this paper makes a validating analysis of statistical analysis results by establishing an orderly logistic model,and studies the impact of objective employment background and subjective employment selection on the expected income.The research shows that human capital has a strong driving effect on the expected income,while social capital will bring the expected income level to the middle segment.Among college students,there is a high level of mobility,but only students who go to the biggest cities are expected to earn significantly more than other areas.However,the more willing students are to obtain employment,the higher the expected income,this means that the cost of employment for college students is still greater,and the student union will reflect some of the costs on the expected income level.In the employment process of college students,employment discrimination is widespread and the most prominent is gender discrimination.Female college students' expected income is significantly lower than that of male students.At the end of the paper from the Labor market supply and demand,and to analyze the human capital stock dividend,think that college students should not only from their own marginal output of labor to set the expected revenue,and should be combined with the market situation and position of "dry middle school late chance to comprehensive consideration.Employment is achieved through proper reduction of expected income for positions that are expected to grow into dedicated talent.In the later period,the "dry middle school" becomes the cost and corresponding benefit for the pre-recovery of special talents.
