Under the background of popularization of higher education,the number of college graduates in our country increases year by year,the difficult employment has spread to the highly educated talents in the job market.University students'employment is the important link in the process of national high-level human resources configuration,involves the development of the society and the overall situation of national reform.Solve the problem of university students' employment,the student and the national development all has the vital significance.Existing research pointed out from the Angle of enterprises and the government that the reason for University students' difficult employment is the supply does not match the demand in structure at present.Nonetheless,Graduates' employment intention choice for professional compatibility in the job market has brought new challenges.Under the background of the current employment environment,fundamentally solve the problem of university students' employment difficult need to guide the university graduates to set up the correct choosing profession idea at the same time.Based on the reservation wages theory,this article analysis of the factors influencing university students' employment under the questionnaire survey data.The employment intention of college graduates can be divided into state-owned enterprises,foreign enterprises,institutions,large corporation,small and medium-sized enterprises and their own businesses.From the angle of graduate job search time,reservation wages,human capital,discrimination,practice experience and social capital,analysis to the influence factors of graduates employment,with SPSS software to descriptive statistical analysis results and AMOS software to confirmatory factor analysis.The results showed that college graduates reservation wages level determines the differences of intention.According to the reservation wages descending rank:foreign enterprises,institutions,large corporation,small and medium-sized enterprises and their own businesses.The choice of state-owned enterprises more is influenced by the labor contract.With the increase of job search time,graduates'reservation wage levels will decline.Human capital has polarized on graduates reservation wages distribution and discrimination will lower reservation wages.Social capital and the internship experience can narrow job searching time.There are may be two main innovations in this paper:First,this article embarks from the perspective of the employment demand,study the influence factors of graduates employment intention.Second,under the questionnaire survey data,use SPSS software to descriptive statistical analysis results and AMOS software to confirmatory factor analysis,enhance the accuracy and validity of the results.Due to the limitation of the authors academic ability,the analysis in this paper may be not comprehensive.The next will continue to improve knowledge reserves in order to improve the research.
