Research On The Use Of Basic Hand Movements In The Set Of Bouquet Dance Cheerleading

In this paper,using the basic hand took the ball dance cheerleading movement in complete composition as the research object.From 2015 the National Cheerleading League(FuZhou Station)university group took the ball dance cheerleading freestyle event finals the first seven teams in 2016 and middle school students in Fujian province League Cheerleading Championship high school group took the ball dance cheerleading freestyle event finals the first eight teams,a total of 15 sets of video games as the research object.In this paper,using the method of literature,video analysis method,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,analysis and detailed study on the ball dance cheerleading basic hand position selection of the type and quantity of contrast,combination,rhythm and other aspects of the use,find out the problem basically took the ball dance cheerleading hand the use of the existing complete composition,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide theoretical basis for improving the ball dance cheerleading complete composition quality.The results are as follows:1.The hand is the core content of the basic ball dance cheerleading,is the foundation of complete choreography,but also reflects the characteristics of technology.The basic hand position is reasonable,novel,directly affect the quality and effect of the whole set of action,is the key to win the game.2.According to the cheerleading movement structure,direction and form can be cheerleading basic hand action is divided into six categories,respectively for class,class,class,lifted out aslant,bent arm and punch type.3.The rational use of the basic hand position and beat is the key to show the visual effect.The same basic hand movement,the use of different beats will produce different visual effects.4.Set of actions is a combination of the arrangement of the indispensable content,the layout should be clever use of the basic hand combination,reflecting the level of contrast combination action.In order to improve the visual effect and fully reflect the action took the ball dance cheerleading technical features.5.In movements,so that the perfect display of complete sets of action.8.In 2015 the National Cheerleading League(FuZhou Station)university group took the ball dance cheerleading freestyle and middle school students in Fujian province in 2016 the League Championship high school cheerleading group took the ball dance cheerleading freestyle empirical analysis:(1)Middle school and university basic hand in selecting types of 6 categories,but with the use of a basic hand is not comprehensive enough,and the use of features is the symmetry of the hand position was significantly higher than the asymmetry of the hand,the hand of the basic use of diversity needs to be improved.The average number of students in the middle school group was 110 times,while the number of students in the university group was
