The Feasibility Study Of Opening College Course Of Women' Self-defense In Cangzhou

“Women's self-defense” is a type of self-defense consisting of a set of women-suitable holds including beating,kicking,wrestling and catching.It is based on the research of women's physical condition and psychological characteristics,which are not fixed in forms,but more on battle of minds.Women's self-defense set various essence of martial art in a suit,but emphasis more on a cleverer word.The mobility of modern society with the development of the age is increasing on scale,the traffic is more and more convenient,then more criminals are more looking for chances to act.As a result,social crime rate is higher and higher.School of female college students are generally not too far from home,they are more vulnerable to infringement of the crowd.To improve women's awareness of the hazards,strengthening self-defense techniques of the crisis hit is very important.When being out of the school,it is very difficult to have lots of time and the cultivation of the system to study women's self-defense.Cangzhou is the hometown of martial arts at the same time,and each college has a playground and a strong faculty system,so do the feasibility to carry out the female self-defense in the hardware conditions,set up the course is complied with students' will and social development.This paper first applied material law literally on women's self-defense course at home and abroad to carry out the feasibility of references.Then it goes to Cangzhou major four universities to conduct expert interviews and questionnaire investigations.Finally,when coming back to the paper,using mathematical statistics and logic analysis,to explore the Cangzhou city,Hebei province colleges and universities to carry out the feasibility of women's self-defense classes.Research conclusions are as follows:1.Most female college students realize that women's self-defense is of great significance to their own development,which is of great interest and demand for curriculum development.They hope to improve their defensive ability and build up their physique through learning.Motivation and interest in learning indicate that it is feasible to carry out the course of women's personal defense in Cangzhou university.2.Half of the four universities surveyed in Cangzhou have offered the course,two schools plan to open this course.Most teachers think that it is feasible to set up women's self-defense courses,which is not difficult to see that women's self-defense is the urgent need to study the curriculum,which is carried out in Cangzhou colleges and universities have a certain feasibility and necessity.3.In the opening of the course,it was found that colleges do not pay enough attention to women's self-defense courses.lack of targeted safety education,lack of professional teachers,need further improvement to better support teaching.4.According to hardware facility,four colleges and universities in Cangzhou have enough venues and equipment to carry out women's personal defense courses.Through the lens of software facility,the teachers are physically energetic and have great learning ability.The teaching content and teaching methods here are focused on practical and are diversified.But the existing teaching materials content is relatively old,and can't better support the teaching.On the basis of the existing teaching materials,we should create and compile the self-compiled teaching materials of women's personal defense courses in combination with the present situation to promote the continuous improvement of the course contents and promote the sustainable development of the women's self-defense courses.
