Obesity has become an important health problem for human beings. It is an important cause of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The incidence of obesity and its metabolic diseases is increasing year by year. The main reasons are the changes in sedentary and lifestyle. At present, exercise is still one of the basic measures of preventing and controlling obesity.Moderate Intensity Continuous Training?MICT?is often used as traditional sports. However, due to long exercise time and dull form, most people, especially obese people, have difficulty in persisting. In recent years,High Intensity Interval Training?HIIT?has become a hot topic to discuss.High-intensity intermittent exercises can induce similar physiological effects and are more time-critical than moderate-intensity exercise compared to traditional moderate-intensity continuous training.Although many studies have confirmed that the physiological effect of high-intensity interval training mode is equal to or even better than that of moderate-intensity continuous training, most of the studies are mainly focused on physiological functions. There are relatively few experimental studies on motor receptivity, and most of them are acute experiment. The comparative study of long-term high-intensity interval training and moderate-intensity continuous exercise training is even rare.Purpose:To study the emotional sensation of emotion, the enjoyment of sports enjoyment, and the fatigue of lower extremity skeletal muscles in obese young women during 12 weeks of three different HIITs,and compare them with MICT.Methods:Sixty obese young females were randomly divided into four groups:SIT group?6s:all-out sprint,9s:intermittent,40 repetitions completed?,HIIT12020 group?repeated 1-min cycling at 120%V?O2max interspersed with 1.5-min rest?,HIIT90 The group?repeated 4-min cycling at 90%V?O2max interspersed with 3-min rest?and the MICT group?60%V?O2max?.Exercise intervention for 12 weeks, exercise for 3 weeks in the first 4 weeks, and 4 times per week for 8 weeks, are all done on a power bike.Throughout the experiment, indicators such as exercise heart rate, subjective exertion sensation, blood lactic acid, electromyography, and affective valence and enjoyment of sports enjoyment were monitored.Results:?1?In the 12-week exercise training, the PAES scores of the three HIITs were higher than those of the MICT group?P<0.01?,and the HIIT90 sports enjoyment degree score was higher than that of the SIT group?P<0.05?.There was no statistical difference in HIIT90.?2?In the 12-week exercise training, the average stimuli?FS?during the HIIT900 exercise was higher than that in the SIT and HIIT12020 groups?P<0.05?.The average emotional efficacy in the MICT exercise was higher than that in the HIIT120 group?P<0.05?.There was no statistical difference between HIIT900 and MICT.?3?In the 12-week exercise training, the average subjective exertion sensation?RPE?of the three HIITs was higher than that of the MICT group?P<0.01?.The average subjective exertion sensation during the HIIT12020 exercise was higher than that of the SIT group and the HIIT90 group?P<0.05?.).The RPE of the three HIITs was higher than that of the MICT group at 25%,50%,75%,and 100%time points during a single exercise?P<0.05?.?4?In the 12-week exercise training, the BLa values were tested in the first week,the6th week and the 12th week, and there was no statistical difference between the four groups before the training?P>0.05?.The four groups were in exercise and immediately after the exercise. The BLa values were higher than those before training?P<0.01?.The increase in BLa in the three HIIT groups was greater than that in the MICT group?P<0.05?.In the middle of exercise and immediately after exercise, the BLa in the three HIIT groups was higher than that in the MICT group?P<0.05?.There was no statistical difference in the BLI between the three HIIT groups.?5?In the 12th week, muscle electromyography was used to observe muscle fatigue. The median frequency?MF?values of the four types of exercise showed an upward trend or no change with time, and no fatigue was observed in the lower extremity skeletal muscle. In the SIT group, the MF value of the rectus femoris and lateral gastrocnemius muscles moved to the 25%time point?P<0.05?;in the HIIT120 group, the medial femoral muscle, the lateral gastrocnemius muscle, and the lateral gastrocnemius muscle were at 50%?in the middle of exercise?time. At the 75%time point, the MF value of the vastus lateralis muscle increased?P<0.05?;in the HIIT900 group, the rectus femoris muscle and the gastrocnemius muscle moved to the lateral point of 25%,and the tibialis anterior muscle and the vastus medialis muscle were at the 50%time point. The MF value of the vastus lateralis muscle increased at 75%?P<0.05?.In the MICT group, the rectus femoris muscle, tibialis anterior muscle, biceps femoris, and femoral medial muscle were at 50%of the time of completion of the exercise. At the 25%time point of the gastrocnemius, the MF of the lateral femoral muscles increased to75%?P<0.05?.The remaining bone muscles did not change significantly.Conclusion:?1?Long-term high-intensity interval training for young obese women is more enjoyable than moderate-intensity continuous exercise.?2?In the long-term training of young obese women, the 90%VO2max intensity aerobic interval training in high-intensity interval training is similar to that of the moderate intensity continuous exercise performance, and the emotional valence of both are higher than that of anaerobic full strength.Sprint SIT with high strength interval of 120%VO2max intensity.?3?When the young obese women performed three kinds of high-intensity interval training and medium-intensity continuous training, the surface EMG performance of the lower limb skeletal muscle showed no obvious fatigue.
