In the context of the new curriculum reform,primary and secondary schools have conducted many new explorations in education,and the team is one of them.The new curriculum reform has been continuously promoted.The team has been learning to motivate students to learn and improve their academic performance and promote student cooperation.Capacity development and other aspects of teaching theory can not match the advantages of classroom teaching has become one of the essential ways.With the deepening of the reform,the group of cooperative learning has gradually emerged a series of problems,the whole teaching had a negative impact,how to solve the problem of group cooperative learning has become a hot issue of widespread concern.The author explored and integrated the study thoroughly about the Cooperative Learning In Groups(CLIG)domestic and abroad through documentary methods,thus take us to understand the main problems and the process of the study in this field.Based on this,the author has accessed to the classroom teaching in A Primary School in Harbin.By using the method of questionnaire,interview method,observation method,investigating the present situation of the cooperative learning in groups,she sorted out and analyzed the following four problems : The educators lack of the knowledge of CLIG;The administrative staff needs to improve their supervision,administration and planning;The group construction is incomplete,the teacher lacks the post training;Student participation is uneven and lack of cooperative consciousness and ability.To solve the problem of CLIG,we need to do the following: First,the school leaders should improve their own awareness to provide teachers with opportunities to grow and develop professionally: Establish a reasonable evaluation system for teachers.Second,teachers should learn relevant knowledge and improve their own quality.Strengthen teachers' professional skills and promote the quality of team work;To improve the team building skills and ensure that the team work in a smooth way;To improve the evaluation method of students' learning and development.Finally,we should cultivate students' good habits of learning and cooperative study,and concern the development of the lower lever students in the group cooperation.
