In recent years,with the promotion of the national strategy on education supporting,colleges and universities throughout our country have a large number of projects for bidding every year.Many of them are aimed at university information construction,which need the company winning the bid to conduct system integration or software development.IT enterprises in China have certain advantages and opportunities for development in the procurement project of colleges and universities.It will inevitably become the main way that IT enterprises flexibly apply bidding strategy to obtain both opportunity of winning bid and appropriate profit.In the intense competitive environment,how to develop effective bidding strategies and apply them in the actual bidding process of information project in order to complete the bidding work better,has important significance on the survival of enterprises.This paper takes Tianjin Z Company as the research object of information project bidding in universities,and studies its bidding strategy through qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis and case analysis.First of all,it introduced the background and significance of this study,and the situation of research and development of the procurement bidding in both domestic and abroad universities.Secondly,it analyzed the external and internal environment for information engineering project bidding of Z Company using SWOT matrix.Based on the analysis with SWOT matrix,this paper combed bidding process,and on this basis,proposed the basic strategy in the information engineering project bidding of Z Company.Thirdly,the process and strategy for quotation of Z Company are analyzed,and the skills for quotation are given in combination with the quotation strategy.Finally,this paper takes the bidding case of digital campus construction project of Tianjin Bohai Career Technical College as an example,based on case analysis and bidding strategy study,it reflects on the bidding strategy of the company and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions,which may effectively enhance the competition ability of Z company in the market,provide help for its survival and development,and provide reference for other companies in the same industry.
