The new generation of migrant workers gradually become the main force of industrial workers in China,they have made an incomparable contribution to the rapid development of the city.But they are in the periphery of the city and the countryside,which is difficult to integrate into the city or to return to their hometown.Therefore,it is our mission to help the new generation of migrant workers to build a perfect social support network.Whether it is in the professional status,social status and age characteristics,"the post 90s" University logistics Labor dispatch workers belong to the new generation of migrant workers this group.The purpose of this study is to understand the survival status of the logistic labor dispatch workers in the university,the support and the relationship between the formal social support network and the informal social support network,and their own subjective evaluation of social support.Since social support involves supporting resources that are actually provided or perceived by individuals,groups and communities,they are in a dynamic relationship,followed by a more subjective social support network,influenced by individual standards,norms and values.The qualitative study focuses on the exploration of "understanding","daily life" and meaning,respondents to the social support network has its own interpretation system and evaluation system,so this study selected qualitative research methods,specifically to take the depth of interviews to explore the Z School 8 "the post 90s" of the "University of Logistics Labor dispatch workers living conditions and social support network status.Through the analysis of the text data,consult the relevant literature,the research findings of this article mainly from the following sections: The analysis of the survival status of the logistic labor dispatch workers in the university,the author expounds the demographic characteristics,economic characteristics,flow motives,social security features,social participation status and the willingness to stay in Beijing;"the post 90s" of the "University of Logistics Labor dispatch workers informal social support network analysis,the author will discuss the informal social support network function and source analysis.Through the study,the author found that the relatives of the respondents mainly provide material economic support and emotional comfort,comfort and psychological support in the major events.The geographic relations of respondents mainly provide emotional talk and support for finding work.The business margin relationship of the respondents mainly provides social communication support and recreational communication and practical support.;" the post 90 s " of the " University of Logistics Labor dispatch workers formal social support network analysis.Through the analysis,the author discovers that the main body of the social support network is the work unit in which it is located,and the support provided by the work unit is very limited.Most respondents currently use support strategies for self-support.They all want to receive support for career development and career path planning.
