Employment Situation And Strategies Of Vocational Students

With the development of society,more and more attention being paid to vocational school,more and more soud policies,the enrollment scale of vocational school is continuously expanding.The growing number of graduates makes the increasingly prominent employment contradictions,and the employment situation becomes an important measure of the personnel training quality.It aims to raise reasonable measures to improve the graduates' current employment status and provide better services which may promote the graduates' getting a job by means of doing researches on a vocational school in Yantai,its graduates and the employers.In theories,the study may provide some theoretical basics and valuable suggestions for personnel training,student management,teaching mode and so on;in practice,it may help the vocational schools' graduates meet the demanding of the employers',which achieves the goal that the graduates serve the society and local economy.The study carries out a follow-up survey between the graduates of 2015,2016,2017 and some employers which there are graduates from the vocational school in Yantai,meanwhile,I obtain some valuable information by having an interview with the teachers who work in the students' employment department in the school in order to reflect the situation more objectively,and then it may raise some effective strategies to improve the present situation.It gets the present situation by doing researching on the following factors: the basic situation of employer units,the employment posts,the satisfaction of students' and some other ones.Also it summarizes the problems during the vocational school students' employment and analyzed the causes.At the last chapter,it raises the strategies which may solve the problems directly in the students themselves,the schools,the employers and the families.
