| Vocational education,to a great extent,affects the industrial development of a country,and it is also an important educational resource in this country.Nowadays,with the continuous expansion of enrollment in secondary vocational schools,the number of graduates has increased.This has increased the employment pressure of the whole society,and made the employment situation more and more serious.Under such a background,the central government has continuously introduced new policies to further deepen the reform of employment system,but the employment problem of secondary vocational school graduates is still serious.At the same time,more and more urban planning industrial parks are also facing the shortage of skilled workers,which has become more and more serious labor shortage.Therefore,it is necessary to study the employment status and Countermeasures of secondary vocational school students.Faced with such a series of problems,in the process of thinking,we have formed the research ideas of this paper.First,should investigate the employment status of graduates of secondary vocational schools in today’s environment;second,clear for the three aspects of the current status of the employment impact of the students themselves,social enterprises,vocational schools;third,the government as the subject of macro guidance,should play a guiding role of the bridge between the three,so that the process of employment properly.At present,there are relatively few literatures about secondary vocational school employment in China,most of which are focused on the micro level of enterprises,universities and students.However,based on the macro level of government,it is not enough to study and guide employment problems in secondary vocational schools.In this regard,the author uses the method of literature analysis,case analysis and questionnaire survey to study the employment problem of secondary vocational schools.The content of the research: the background and significance of the topic,the structure and method of the study,and the innovation of this paper.The definition and theoretical basis of employment related concepts in secondary vocational schools and related literature review.On this basis,the related theoretical research is carried out,which lays a theoretical foundation for the following practical analysis,and then makes an empirical research on the employment status of 3 secondary vocational schools in Xi’an.Through questionnaires and data statistics,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the employment status of secondary vocational school graduates in Xi’an,summarizes their conclusions,analyzes their causes,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving secondary vocational school employment from multiple aspects by applying the new public management theory.Closely related to the current situation and policies of developing vocational education in vocational schools,this paper studies the employment status of secondary vocational school students,analyzes the employment status of secondary vocational school students,clarifies the problems,deepens understanding and forms strategies.The conclusion of this paper from the four aspects of employment status and vocational graduates is closely related to the emphasis on students’ subjective role of students,give full play to the initiative;play the role of the main battlefield of schools,the optimization of specialty structure,enhance the brand strength of high school;the initiative provided the talent market and enterprises,promote the school enterprise cooperation mode;the government should play a guiding role of constructing the interests integration group,innovation of employment security mechanism. |
