ContentSubjective well-being is an important index to reflect the contemporary vocational college students' spiritual outlook and mental health,a good sense of subjective well-being,is an important guarantee for the sustainable development of higher vocational students.The rapid prograss of psychology have very positive influence which leads to the important objective of psychological health education in higher vocational schools is to cultivate each student positive psychological quality and take it as an important part of being a useful person for a student.Domestic research on subjective well-being is not comprehensive enough and started relatively late,the method and management on how to improve subjective well-being is rare.The Satir model is a new research field in improving college students' subjective well-being.The purpose of this study is to explore the effective ways and methods which have great influence on higher Vocational College students' subjective well-being as well as discussing how will Satir model improving higher vocational students' sense.This study from the point of view of class group counseling of Satir model,in order to enhance students' subjective well-being through exploring good group intervention programs,and then providing practical support to strengthen the overall subjective well being of College Students Happiness.The group counseling of the Satir model is applied to the topics of improving the subjective well-being of college students which can promote the diversification of the group counseling.This study mainly uses the literature research method,questionnaire method,experimental research method and so on.Summarize the related research both domestic and abroad about subjective well-being,the Satir model as wll as current situation of subjective on college students.Delivering questionnaire surveys to subjects and learn the basic situation of all of the subjects on subjective well-being.The experimental part of the study on Satir mode design group counseling courses,provide a reference for how to improve students' subjective well-being.A measurement tool for this research is the "general well-being scale " revised by Fazio and selected students from Hebei Tourism Vocational Collage as the subjects.Interviewed one by one for the enrollment of students,and tested the level of subjective well-being.After sifting,there are 40 members eligible and willing to participate in this activities,the subjects were randomly divided into two groups,named the Satir model of group counseling experimental group and control group,each group have 20 members.The experimental group was the implementation of the Satir model of group counseling,control subjects were not.The implementation of the Satir model of group intervention for two months in the experimental group and Carried out 8 group activities.After the team intervention,two groups of subjects were tested by the subjective scale and also arranged the tracking rest for experimental group after 3 months.The result shows that the experimental group and the control group have very significant differences in subjective well-being from scores,the subjective well-being of experimental group are improved significantly.The objective of this reaserch is enhancing the subjective well-being of college students by the psychological group counseling through Satir Model,and providing theories and data support for futher reaserch on mental health of college students.At the same time,deeply expanding methods of group counseling to achieve diversity.This reaserch explores new ways of how to improve college students' subjective well-being,and enrichs related research materials.The theoretical research on treatment of Satir mode,enrich the domestic literature on Satir treatment mode,and provides the reference for the follow-up research.
