A Study On The Intervention Of Satir Group To Teaching College Students’ Self-concept

As an important force of "Fu Zhi,Fu Zhi",teaching college students have made great contributions to the rural basic education,but their own psychological problems are becoming more and more prominent.Some studies show,because of maladaptation,teaching college students are confronted with the problem of self-concept impairment.Based on this,the study intervenes teaching college students’ self-concept with Satir model,in order to provide empirical research evidence.The study is based on a single group of experimental design,the objects are 21 teaching college students of GS province.There are non-intervention test period and group counseling intervention period,the objects don’t accept any intervention during non-intervention test period,and they receives 8 times Satir self-concept group counseling during group counseling intervention period.The objects are measured with Tennessee Self-concept Scale(TSCS)before and after non-intervention test period and group counseling intervention period.The intervention effect will be analyzed from two aspects: questionnaire and qualitative research.The research results show that:(1)The Satir group has positive influence on teaching college students’ self-concept,and it has a significant impact on PER,SO,ID,SC and TOT.(2)High-Experience,positive direction,change-fouced are Satir group’s unique therapeutic factors,which is different from other group counseling.(3)Existential factors,universality,group cohesiveness and self-understanding are important factors of this group counseling.
