In April,2015,Vice prime minister Liu Yandong stressed in the national conference for the paper-setting of university entrance examination that it should fully reflect "one point and four aspects",one of which is about the emphasis on the test on splendid Chinese traditional culture.Therefore,the integration of mathematic culture into its teaching in high schools is a task entrusted to the educators involved by the era.The dissertation,taking the subject 'Sequence Of Number' for instance,demonstrates how to integrate mathematic culture into senior three maths teaching by using the methods such as questionnaires(a pretest and a posttest),action research,interviews.....Surveys are carried out to acquaint us with students' attitude towards mathematic culture,their ability to appreciate the beauty of maths and their understanding of the concerning knowledge.We can easily find out students' weakness by analyzing the questionnaires,and then work on it through 4 review subjects on 'Sequence Of Number'.After that,we perform another survey with questionnaires(posttest)and by interviewing students and in-class observers to know about the effects of the experiment.The research indicates that the integration of mathematic culture in such revision periods arouse students' interest obviously,and greatly better the learning atmosphere.Besides,it promotes the understanding and application of mathematic knowledge,and the ability to appreciate the beauty of maths.Most importantly,the core mathematics literacy such as the ability of logic thinking?visual imagination and data analyzing gets fully cultivated.Thus it can be concluded that such kind of teaching is an efficient teaching method which is very helpful in developing students' mathematic spirit and their ability to appreciate the beauty of maths.
