A Study On The Communication Between Preschool Teachers And Parents

With the concept of home cooperation increasingly popular people,people are increasingly concerned about the communication between teachers and parents.On the basis of the theory and experience of home communication at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the present situation of kindergarten teachers and parents communication.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaires,interviews and other research methods,from teachers and parents on the communication value of the cognitive,communication preparation,communication process in three aspects,the S garden teachers and parents to communicate between the presentation and analysis.The survey results show that communication between the two sides on their own role is not in place,communication is often in an unequal state;the content of the two sides focus on communication is not the same,often more than the lack of children;the two sides communicate in a variety of ways,The way of communication is not balanced,the way of communication is more than the form of the phenomenon;from the two sides on the effect of communication,the degree of interaction between the two sides in a low level,parents involved in the lack of both the lack of necessary communication skills.Finally summarize the main factors that affect the communication between teachers and parents:the factors of kindergarten management,the factors of teachers themselves and the factors of parents.To this end,this study proposes to promote the communication between teachers and parents:teachers and parents should have the correct role of consciousness,the establishment of mutual respect and trust in the equal relationship;establish a common educational goals,focus on a comprehensive communication content;The way of communication,broaden the communication channels;choose the appropriate way to communicate,improve communication skills.
