Research On Operation Modes And Development Countermeasures Of Cultivating Reserve Talents Of Women Basketball Team In Fuzhou Sports School

The Women Basketball team in Fuzhou Sports School has reached outstanding achievements and cultivates a number of excellent basketball players,which sets a good example for reserving talent cultivation.Therefore,the paper aims to summarize the features of operation modes of cultivating the talents in the field of basketball and find out the problems,and then put forward the development countermeasures,The purpose is to attach great importance to the future development and build up a long-term mechanism on the basis of maintaining the original advantages,which is expected to keep sustainable development of talent-cultivating reservation in Sports School.The paper mainly uses literature reference and material method,the method of observation,interview,questionnaire survey method and data statistics method to study the operation modes and development countermeasures of cultivating basketball backup-talents.The results are followings:First,The Women Basketball team in FuzhouSports School reaches outstanding achievements with its unique characters.The talented-person transporting of Fuzhou Sports School is mainly open to colleges,universities and institutions conveying sports talents,which expresses the idea of "low-input,high-output".Second,the physical morphological characteristics of athletes is slim,and physical fitness requires to be quick,standard and swift with positive attitudes and strong motivation.Third,the coaches in FuzhouSports School have much pratical experience and various methods to train the players according to the different physical conditions.However,the coaches,overreliance on their own experience without innovation at the expense of neglecting the development of mental fitness can not be ignored.Fourth,the athletes have enough time to do intensive-training.The features of the daliy training includes coaches' effective training,resonable arrangements for trainning contents and athletes' dilighted work.What's more,it is irrefuttable that sports school pay more attention to the professional courses and despise the literacy class studies,which causes the scores athletes get are unexpected.Besides,The Women Basketball team in FuzhouSports School has little opportunity to attend many competitions,so they can't obtain much pratical experience.However,they always maintain positive attitudes to attend every competition.Moreover,unexpected logistics,insufficient funds,less funding channels and lack of health care work make negative effects on the healthy development of the whole team.Based on the above factors,the paper is to summrize the operation modes of cultivating basketball backup-talents,and then put forward development countermeasures according to the current prblems from the following perspectives:the history of basketball teams,the source of students,the characters of athletes and coaches,training and learning,the features of competitions,talent-person transports and logistical support.
