The cultivation of reserve talents in all kinds of sports is an important measure of the level of sports development in a country or a region,as is the case in basketball.The training mode of combination of "body" and "teaching" is recognized by the world,and it also innovates the training system of basketball talents.This paper will take the training of reserve talents of basketball project in Tai'an sports school as an example,focus on the situation of "combination of sports and education" in the school,through the use of literature method for preliminary investigation and research and provide theoretical basis for the writing of the article,field investigation and interview method as research means,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method for data collection and collation.It mainly investigates and analyzes the basic situation of the school,the students' culture and education,the daily basketball training,as well as the basic situation of the culture teachers and basketball coaches,looking for some advantages and disadvantages of the school in the "combination of sports and teaching" mode,and looking for a new direction and goal for the future sports reserve personnel training.The main research results are as follows:(1)The specific form of training reserve talents for basketball events in Tai'an sports school is: students from the sports school enter Tai'an No.2 Middle School and Taishan Bowen middle school for cultural course study,and coaches are sent by the sports school to take charge of daily basketball training and competition.Through the organization and coordination of the government departments,at present,there are still relevant functional departments that have not issued corresponding support policies for sports schools.The understanding of "combination of sports and education" is still superficial,and the suggestions need to be further clarified and implemented.Local governments at all levels should also strengthen the management of sports and education departments,so as to increase expenditure,timely financial allocation and improve In the mechanism of responsible human body system,each performs his own duty to avoid the phenomenon of "idleness".(2)In terms of competition results,in recent years,the number of teams participating in the competition has increased significantly,and the results have improved rapidly.At the same time,there are some problems such as the imperfect medical security system and the shortage of medical staff.It is suggested that high-level medical staff and advanced medical equipment should be introduced to recover and relax the athletes before and after the competition,so as to ensure the best treatment and rehabilitation after the injury.(3)In the aspect of cultural course learning,the school adopts the class arrangement system,with no more than three sports school students in one class.It is envisaged that ordinary students will drive the sports school students to learn and enhance the impact of the environment on students.Under the patient guidance of professional teachers and strong learning atmosphere,students in the former sports school are no longer excluded from learning,and their academic performance is also improved.The enrollment rate of graduates every year basically achieves the full coverage of the undergraduate course.At the same time,there are also problems that are difficult to balance training and training.How to balance the "contradiction between learning and training" remains to be improved.It is suggested that a more reasonable and scientific combination of training intensity and training time should be needed,and more attention should be paid to the guidance of students in sports schools,so that students in sports schools can pay attention to the learning of cultural knowledge from their heart,and let students in sports schools,teachers of cultural courses and basketball teachers The trainers are aware of the combination of "body" and "teaching".(4)In the aspect of athletes' ideology,it is divorced from the traditional concept of "only gold medal" and "champion first" in sports schools,and in addition,the concept of competitive sports is relatively weak in general middle schools.Therefore,some students' ideological awareness is slack,and their understanding of competitive sports and basketball is biased.It is suggested that attention should be paid to the ideological education of sports reserve talents in the follow-up research and teaching training,and the collective sense of honor can be enhanced through the opening of thematic lectures.(5)In terms of coaches,the age structure of coaches in the school is reasonable and their education is relatively high.But there are also deficiencies,some coaches in addition to daily training in addition to part-time completion of the school's daily sports teaching work,coaches' pay and workload is not directly proportional.In addition,sports schools and coaches do not pay enough attention to on-the-job training,advanced basketball concepts and professional knowledge update slowly,and wages and benefits are general.It is suggested that in the future,coaches' professional skills(such as teaching level,teaching concept,training method and mode)and personal overall quality should be improved,coaches' training should be emphasized,post assessment work should be carried out strictly and normatively,and advanced knowledge should be regularly organized and learned.At the same time,it is necessary to pay attention to the protection of the treatment of coaches,distribution according to work,transparency of wages and bonuses,and timely payment of subsidies for holidays or outings.(6)In terms of teachers of cultural courses,the age structure of teachers in Taian No.2Middle School and Bowen middle school is reasonable,and the teaching level is high.At thesame time,there is less communication between the secondary teachers and coaches,and there is a certain bias on the basketball reserve talents.It is suggested that we should continue to improve our study and find more appropriate teaching methods on how to better practice the "combination of sports and teaching" to cultivate reserve basketball talents.For example,we should set up a special assessment mechanism for students in sports schools,adjust the arrangement of teaching plans appropriately according to the situation of competitions,comprehensively establish channels for communication with coaches,and truly achieve the "combination of sports and teaching".
