Research On The Risk Prevention And Control Mechanism Of Continuing Education In Colleges And Universities

Continuing education in Chinese universities started from Tsinghua University.After that,and many colleges and universities in our country have gradually set up continuing education institutes,online education institutes,distance education offices and other institutions to take continuing education.Due to the imperfect laws and the particularity of continuing education,the ideological awareness of continuing education staff is weak and so on.Therefore,continuing education in colleges and universities still faces many problems and risks.Based on the risk prevention and control theory,this paper analyzes the problems based on the research of A university continuing education in Beijing area,and grasps the A university continuing education running mode and management mode through questionnaire survey and case interview.Aiming at the risks arising from the running of schools and management processes and combining with the theory of risk prevention and control,this paper analyzes the causes of the running risk of continuing education in A university,and uses AHP method to construct the risk prevention and control mechanism of running education in colleges and universities,that is,the early warning mechanism,post-normalization and punishment mechanism.Risk theory is also a new perspective on the research of continuing education.This paper studies the problem of continuing education in the process of running a school with risk prevention and control theory as a new attempt.The two-dimensional map of the risk of continuing education proposed in the end of this paper.This is classified according to the danger and possibility of the occurrence of risk,and the risk characteristics of different types of education are analyzed to build the risk judgment matrix.Then it puts forward the risk prevention and control measures of running a school in combination with the actual situation of A university in Beijing in continuing education,hoping to play a role in the continuous education of the actual running of the school.
