Today,the organic combination of the digital information technology and teaching,has become an unstoppable trend.As a typical performance,the combination of e-learning teaching increasingly wide application in school education,its biggest difference with traditional teaching is that learning environment broke through the limitation of time and space,is not a single time,curriculum,class organization form,the limitation of study way,for learners to build a more open learning environment.The research and practice of e-learning theory in Taiwan should precede the mainland,study the e-learning teaching in Taiwan,and have some reference value for the innovation of education in mainland China.This study mainly adopts the method of investigation,and systematically investigates the e-learning teaching in the province of nantou,Taiwan.The results of the survey show that:First,the application of e-learning runs through the teaching activities.In the pre-class pr eparation stage,the teacher should prepare the teaching equipment which will be applied in th e classroom teaching,and prepare the teaching resources related to the teaching content.In th e course of teaching activities,teachers design specific operating procedures according to the t eaching objectives,and provide guidance to students in the process of conducting group tasks or completing exploratory activities independently.The feedback of e-learning in teaching ev aluation is more timely and intuitive compared with traditional paper-and-pencil test.Secondly,in terms of network technology environment,a relatively stable network devic e can meet the demand of a large number of teachers and students simultaneously using equip ment online.In the aspect of information security,most teachers and students have awareness of information security,but the degree still needs to be improved.Thirdly,from the perspective of students,teachers and parents,most students have the in formation literacy and ability to use e-learning to participate in learning.Students have a high degree of familiarity with e-learning,but are relatively deficient in self-discipline.Teachers e xpressed their willingness to use e-learning in the course of teaching,believing that e-learning can promote teaching,and most teachers are more familiar with e-learning.Parents are very s upportive of students to participate in the e-learning process,but lack the necessary guidance.Finally,e-learning is in the development of resources,and most teachers are involved in t he development of teaching resources,so they are more satisfied with the resources.And a co nsiderable number of teachers believe that the teaching resources are rich in form,resources h ave a strong practicality.Taiwan province nantou city in China with 165 middle school in shenyang city in liaoni ng province in the e-learning teaching conduct comparative analysis found that: the overall t echnology environment is slightly less than a Po of 165 high school junior,puli the teachers f ocus on information security degree is generally higher than 165 middle school.The proportio n of teachers and students who are very familiar with e-learning is much lower than that in pu li,and students in 165 middle schools are lower than those in pu li.Teachers and parents in pu li are far more supportive of students using e-learning than in 165 secondary schools,and tea chers in the area are far more likely to participate in e-learning activities than teachers in 165 s econdary schools.The frequency of e-learning resources and the satisfaction with existing res ources are lower than that in pu li.In puli,therefore,for the analysis of the object of the analysis of the application of e-lea rning teaching in Taiwan for the mainland area has the following several aspects of the applic ation of enlightenment:(1)increase the intensity of e-learning promotion,should strengthen the education by the state policy of leading role,set by the education department of e-learnin g promotion plan.(2)build a high-speed and safe e-learning environment,improve the networ k configuration,establish the information equipment infrastructure standard,encourage enterp rises to participate in the e-learning facility configuration,and guide students to make good us e of the infrastructure.(3)increase the development of e-learning resources,shorten the devel opment cycle,enrich the resource types and forms of strong applicability,and provide high-qu ality e-learning resources to build education resource sharing in the cloud.(4)promote e-learn ing literacy of teachers and students.(5)the formation of schools,teachers and parents promot es the development of e-learning.
