The preschool education career is development,Due to the scarcity of kindergarten teachers in rural areas,especially in rural villages and towns,the shortage of preschool teachers has become a thorny problem in preschool education,on the central Committee of the communist party of China in the 19 th congress,the state Council office issued the " opinions on deepening the reform of the education system" made it clear that to innovate the good development system of preschool education generally benefiting the people.In order to quickly and efficiently slow down the difficult situation of serious shortage of preschool teachers in China at the present stage,and slow down the difficult situation of re-employment of surplus teachers in primary and secondary schools at the same time,on November 21,2010,the central Committee of the communist party of China also issued the opinions on the rapid development of preschool education at this stage,in the opinion they special emphasis that : " for the public teacher recruitment conditions fully outstanding graduates to expand the kindergarten teacher team,at the beginning of the(high)or primary school redundant teachers after retraining performance standards can be transferred to pre-school education in the series of posts,that is,change jobs without change pay".Many surplus teachers in primary and middle schools have been transferred to kindergarten in order to comply with the current policy,so the transferred teachers in kindergarten came into being.Primary school teachers because of transfer to kindergarten teaching and educating people also shows that at this stage of our country to the basic situation of basic education at this stage of an effective response.At a certain level,in order to slow down the lack of kindergarten teachers in Henan province at this stage,we have a very important meaning,but whether the blessing or disaster transfer teachers also face challenges in all aspects.Do a good job in these are not very attention to the transfer of teacher training needs at the same time also need to adjust the following training courses to adjust and do satisfaction survey.Only through on-demand training,analysis of the challenges faced by these transferred teachers and countermeasures,can be more efficient and more scientific,so we said only science and education can rejuvenate the country,we believe that science and education training can help those in the bottleneck period of rural counties and towns kindergarten village teachers.The valuable opinions put forward by thepost-transfer teachers of rural county and village kindergartens during the study period are also investigated and the countermeasures that should be implemented by the training and hosting college of the national training plan are put forward.The post-transfer teachers in rural county and village kindergartens are a part of enriching the quality of preschool education in China.This research object is based on the short-term national training project of rural kindergarten teachers in Henan province by Xinyang normal university,which was undertaken by the national training program for preschool teachers in Henan province in 2015.The questionnaire and interview methods were used to study and analyze the background,training needs and training of kindergarten teachers who participated in the training,Transferred teachers and pre-school students who have participated in the training of transferred teachers for many years will enjoy the national training opportunities in this training.The researchers conducted the study by selecting non-pre-school teachers who were transferred from non-pre-school professional backgrounds.Analyzing,sorting and recovering relevant,the investigated objects is sorted out.firstly participating teachers.Finally,the investigation and analysis combined with the needs of teachers and practical training assessment analysis.Through the analysis' results,this suggestions from different angles in practical significance.Practical suggestions on implementing the national training program for preschool teachers;On the basis of the participants,the selection of the relevant recommendations;in the end,the shortcomings of this study in the research process and results are analyzed.The purpose is to make rural preschool teachers " national training plan" to carry out effective on-demand training.
