Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsmanship Spirit Of University Students Based On Industry 4.0 Background

On March 5,2016,Prime Minister Li Keqiang mentioned in his government work report that it is necessary to “encourage enterprises to carry out customized and flexible production and cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship for excellence”.Government work report for the first time a "craftsman spirit" of the word,and it once again returned to the public eye.In the context of the Industry 4.0 era,China has accelerated the pace of transition from a manufacturing power to a manufacturing power,and all parties in the society are increasingly demanding talents."Craftsman spirit" is not only fit the socialist core values of patriotism,dedication terms of content,but also fit the new concept of development of contemporary China.Therefore,we should vigorously advocate "artisan spirit" in the whole society.College students as the main force of social construction,to strengthen the cultivation of students' craftsman spirit "of professional conduct to guide students to enhance the overall quality of students,the" craftsman spirit "to lead the growth and success of students.This is also the need for talent development in the socialist market,the need for the comprehensive development of college students,and the need to realize the Chinese dream of rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article draws on the results of related researches,and combines theory with practice,using literature research,questionnaires,and other methods.To clarify the related concepts of Industry 4.0 and craftsmanship spirit,From the inheritance and development of China's traditional artisan spirit of outstanding culture,to improve China's manufacturing of international competitiveness,the important approach of college personnel training should adapt to the economic and social development,the need to educate college students craftsmen spirit.Through the research on the status quo of current college students' craftsmanship cultivation,this paper analyzes the defects of the college students' craftsmanship cultivation and analyzes the reasons.Focusing on the problems existing in the cultivation of college students' craftsmen spirit,we propose relevant solutions from the aspects of thought leadership,cultivation path,and policy guarantee.In order to strengthen the cultivation of college students craftsmanship spirit,in the career to obtain better development for reference.
